   We were very impressed with Nook. The gluten-free options made it possible for our entire party to enjoy a tasty and healthy meal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and inviting. All around a slam dunk.

   While the service at Nook was outstanding as was the ambiance, the food was underwhelming. This was my first paleo inspired restaurant so I could have had unrealistic expectations but I was not impressed with my order. I ordered a barbecue pizza with regular crust and expected it to be flavorful and moist but it was neither. I added a tomato base to the pizza so I expected it to be even more flavorful but it was dry and bland. My wife ordered the barbecue chicken which was good but the sweet potato side was pretty bland as well. Overall we had a good experience, just not very impressive food.

   I never take the time to write reviews. However, the service, attention to detail, quality of food was really above and beyond. I have food allergies, and they could not have tried harder to accommodate me. Go there on a date, with some friends, or just by yourself. It's a lovely place to enjoy delicious food

   2nd time I’ve had Ben as our server. He is awesome. Knowledgeable about the menu, prompt service, very kind, and has brought a smile to my face on both occasions! This experience was Mother’s Day Brunch. We had the latest reservation of the day so some items were sold out. I was a little disappointed but there was still the Keto Breakfast which was what I came for. It was delicious, should be on the menu everyday.

   This is a "Beat Bobby Flay" chef! Chef Mohler makes every ingredient the star. We had the seared tuna and short rib entrees and the main and sides were cooked and seasoned to perfection. You know how at some restaurants the sides are these mass produced "who cares" items? Not here; the sides are treated with the same respect and care as the mains (the tuna and short rib were like none other too!). Also, do not be fooled into thinking Paleo influenced means a lacking taste experience. The opposite is true as that everything bursts with flavor (yes, even using cilantro micro greens as a garnish)! The staff truly takes pride and ownership in their food and service. Do not hesitate to book this on Open Table!

   I love this place! I have celiac disease and it’s without question that they can accommodate - in fact - that majority of their items are gluten free (even the chicken and waffles!) Everything is fresh and delicious, and we do not eat Paleo specifically or anything but that doesn’t change the fact that the food is GREAT, my husband loves the beer selection, and I love the desert too. Of note, the management is ever-present and interacts with you throughout your dining experience. It’s like you always feel like a VIP. This place would be great for a baby shower, bridal shower, corporate lunch meeting place, end of year Christmas party place, etc.
