   Let me begin by saying the venue itself is stunning. They couldn’t have chosen a better spot to have a restaurant. However the food does not match the location. It tasted subpar, at best. The meatballs app was the tastiest item on the menu. We also ordered a plate from their raw bar, spicy tuna crispy rice which was ..meh. The entree which I was extremely excited for, diver scallops, was horrible. The “risotto” was sticky, and tasteless, and the scallops were rubbery. We were there for my husband’s birthday, so you would think the restaurant would celebrate in some kind of way, like comp a dessert, but they didn’t. We ordered salted caramel gelato, which was terrible. Only two teaspoons were eaten. So when the waiter came by the table, he noticed it hadn’t been eaten. He asked for our opinion, and we politely said it wasn’t our favorite. You would think he would have removed that charge from our bill, but nope, he did not, Despite it barely being touched. We kept having to ask a waiter from another section to bring us items, such as plates, cloth napkins or spoons, because they were forgotten. Service was friendly, but could have been better. When charging the amount of money they’re charging at a venue like NOMA, service should be impeccable, paying close attention to details. I think the chef/owner should consider rethinking the menu The place was louder than expected. Felt more like a Nikki beach

   We have dined there numerous times. The ambiance is lovely, and even more so when it's breezy as it was last night. They accommodated our request for a corner table. George our waiter was very attentive. The background music was on the loud side, asked that it be turned down a notch, but to no avail. Food is very pricey, entrée portions small, apps were tasty, entrées were good but not outstanding. Ambiance brings us back.

   NOMA Beach at Redfish has such a beautiful view of the beach and water, no matter the day. I happened to enjoy it this Sunday afternoon for lunch, and it was truly spectacular. I thought the food and service were great — everything was very well done. However, I do feel the restaurant would benefit from offering a few more moderately priced items on the menu to attract even more guests. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with an unbeatable setting.

   We really enjoyed our food. The oysters were delicious (the pomegranate seeds really added a great touch) The branzino and short rib pappardelle were very good as well. Atmosphere was beautiful. We felt service could have, and for a restaurant this expensive, should have, been better. Our server seemed more like an order taker. There was no commentary on the menu, or a comment to let us know the branzino was “just” the fish, suggesting a side or just making us aware of that fact. After we finished our oysters, and had not yet even ordered dinner, we were asked if there was anything less we wanted. It’s difficult to describe it other than it was the way most servers ask you that question at the end of the evening. No follow up later to even suggest or mention what was on the dessert menu. There is more, and I do not give 2 stars casually. The level of service was what I expected from a lower tier restaurant and is sufficient reason for me not to be a repeat customer.

    The value for money is disproportionate. While the location is stunning, the service ranges from average to subpar, and the food quality falls below expectations.
