This was an overall decent experience. However, it is important to know that they have some sneaky surcharges. I was charged $3 for adding cheese to my eggs & another $3 for adding cheese to my grits without being informed of a surcharge. I don't love not being aware of additional charges, but the bigger issue, for me, is that $3 for a sprinkle of cheese is way overpriced. The ambiance is nice, and they had good gluten-free options, but this won't be a regular in our rotation.

NOLA was amazing. Our food and drinks were to die for, and our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. In fact the whole staff was very friendly. This was our first time, but we will definitely be back.

We had been looking forward to dining at NOLA for a while. The ambiance was great - very lively and good music. The cocktails were also great - I have the glitter drink. We started with an order of the petite pies which are basically empanadas filled with beef, pork, peppers and onions - those were delicious. I ordered the Nola Brunch Plate which included eggs, grits, praline bacon, and fried green tomatoes. The good - the eggs were nice and fluffy (but you can't really mess up eggs). The ok - the bacon was delicious but it was mostly very fatty pieces so I could only eat a few of the crispier bites. The fried green tomatoes had no flavor - maybe they should add some seasoning to the breading. The grits also had no flavor so I had to put hot sauce on them. My fiancé ordered the Chicken and Beignets. He said the beignets were amazing and reminded him of New Orleans. The chicken had a nice flavor but there were some chewy pieces. Overall, we really enjoyed the petite pies, cocktails, and beignets but we wouldn't go out of our way to dine here again.

Horrible experience; food is bad (except for the Beignets), service is awful, we waited for almost one hour for our order; I had to cancel my chicken because I was no longer hungry and in a bad mood and my mothers latte never made it to the table.

Waiting nearly an hour, not receiving your full order, and dealing with poor service is absolutely not the standard we aim to provide. The quality of the food is over priced. Great atmosphere but food has to be worth the cost as well. Paying more for the environment.
