Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Noko never disappoints. I was wanting to dinner reservations, but only brunch was available. I was a bit apprehensive as I have had their dinner and it is 10/10. However, brunch was absolutely stunning. The cocktails, the service - Keith was great, and the food was immaculate! The Brussels, the fried chicken, and always love the tuna crispy rice. My fiance who eats nothing even loved it! So thank you Noko for always provind a top notch experience!

I took my husband for Father's Day brunch. The hostess was so nice, our server was great and everything we tried was delicious. We will definitely go back!

This is the former Pomodoro, now a dimly lit, spacious, bistro with small plates. There is a full bar and a diverse wine list, though they did not have the Sancerre on the list. The kitchen is slow. The Lobster Bao Buns are great, but the Bone Marrow was sparse and not even warm throughout. The Market Special was Halibut over curry vegetables, a little overcooked, but lots of flavor. Service was okay, but settings were delivered after the food. Parking is challenging; the lot is tiny.

Fantastic experience. One of the best meals I’ve had in 40 years of living in Nashville, in a cool, friendly, welcoming environment. Great food, an eclectic innovative menu, attentive service from a knowledgeable server, without any hint of pretentiousness. We’ll be back for sure!

From the beginning to end we had a marvelous time. All of the staff was super friendly. Our server was readily available throughout our dinner without ‘hovering’ which is the sign of a professional server. Our first time to Noko was about 3 weeks after they opened. This is the third time to visit since then and I am so pleased they continue to have delicious and creative food. BONUS: I received a follow up call the next day to ensure everything was great. I was happy to report it was. Noko is high energy and just all around wonderful. They definitely stand out from other Nashville restaurants. Excellent!!

We (4 adults) had a great meal and the service was spot on. The shareable plates were bigger than expected. We ordered two servings of the crispy rice with tuna and one would have been plenty.

My husband and I went on a date night. Our server was awesome and helpful. Attentive but not overly. The food was all amazing. The salmon crudo that was gifted to us was incredible. The tuna crispy rice was the bomb. And the crab fried rice was so so good. We had the Brookie for dessert and I could live in that caramel sauce. We will gladly return and highly recommend.

Learned about Noko on CBS Morning News. Was impressed about the opportunities they give their employees. Was extremely impressed with the food, service and cost. Fantastic tasting food and pretty affordable. Got about 5 different dishes and all were great and now want to go back and try some of the other delicious looking dishes we saw being brought out to other tables. Highly recommend it.

The whole meal, ambience, food was amazing. What really made it though was our server, Liz. She was attentive, friendly, walked us through the menu and enhanced our whole dining experience.
