We had a wonderful evening starting with great cocktails by Michael, one of the best mixologists I have had the pleasure of meeting. We then sat on the patio for dinner. Wonderful ambiance. The mushroom and truffle tagliatelle and veal Milanese were both excellent and perfectly prepared. For dessert the lilikoi tart was to die for. All in all, a perfect evening!

We have visited Noe once a year ever since they first opened. We visit from California and always during the same week after the Memorial Day holiday each year. We celebrate our wedding anniversary here…we love sitting by the Koi pond! We have been fortunate enough to get some of the same servers every year and this year was no different. We were able to get Mikey as our server again!!! We became friends over the years and we thoroughly enjoy the conversations we have… Especially about the vacations both of us are taking…. His service is impeccable… He’s friendly, always smiling , attentive, and informative. He truly enhances the overall dining experience and we look forward to getting him again next year!!! We’ve also become friends with two great runners… Davin and Doug. Both are always pleasant, kind, and possess great personalities. The whipped ricotta appetizer is a MUST we do every time!!! Also,all of the chef’s pastas are delicious!! The olive oil cake is our favorite dessert. If in Oahu, this is a great place to dine at!!!!

We went to Noe for the first time and tried the tasting menu with the wine pairing. The service was excellent! Attentive, informative, and engaging. The tasting menu was the perfect choice to try Noe for the first time.

I really enjoyed eating at Noe! The servers were really kind and polite, and the food was delicious. The restaurant is also beautiful, and the decor only adds to that. I think one of my only complaints is that service was a little slow, especially considering that we went late and it wasn’t that busy. That, and the prices were a bit steep, but that was to be expected.

My wife and I selected Noe for our final dinner on our 40th anniversary celebration Oahu vacation. We were staying at Aulani, which is right next door and a short walk away. We were warmly greeted by the host, who walked us to a wonderful table where we could watch the sunset side by side. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary and main server as well as all others was very attentive. The only glitch, which was no one’s fault, is that the bottle of wine we ordered looked cloudy and tasted a bit “off”. Our server had a chef taste it who had said it might just need time to breathe, but our server told us we should not have to stay with that wine, and brought back the wine list. The bottle of a different wine we chose was great. We split the tagliatelle with truffles, which was fantastic. We both had the catch of the day with a clam preparation, which was wonderful. We also received a wonderful complimentary dessert. We felt bad we had to send the wine back, but were pleased how our server “made it right” without prompting from us and refused to take an apology from us. Certainly, Noe is a great option for those staying at or near the Ko Olina resort area. Great food and great service. I would suggest that potential diners review the online menu before reserving, for this excellent restaurant, while Italian, does not officer a menu full of the standard Italian dishes one expects to find at most average or typical mainstream Italian restaurants.
