Service could’ve been better. I never got a water refill, waitress didn’t come around to check on us much. I wanted to order another drink but I couldn’t track her down. However the dishes came out well timed.

Everything was excellent! If we need to be critical, the only snafu was we were sat outside (beautiful), but it was too cold. We were freezing by end of our meal. No complaints, service and food are fundamental, and Nobu NPB has our highest praise! Thank you

Way too expensive for what you get. I ordered the black cod entree and it was tiny for $46! Drinks were weak with very little alcohol. Atmosphere is great but WAY overpriced!

We've been to Nobu before and took our friends who had never been. We ordered the tried and true dishes they are known for and the miso fish, sashimi, tuna on rice were all excellent. The special of the night, blue fin shrimp with truffle wasn't a success. The truffle was lost in the soupy sauce of mushrooms, asparagus, etc. It was like sukiyaki but at twice the cost. The dessert in the bento box was delicious. We had $80 OpenTable certificate which I downloaded and showed to the waiter on my phone, but he said the restaurant wouldn't honor it. That is not good customer treatment.

We loved our food and drinks. Every time we dine at Nobu, the food and drinks are excellent. The hospitality, however, fell incredibly short. Our reservation was at 12:00. We tried to enter at 11:55 and were quickly told to stand outside because, “We actually open at 12:00.” It felt odd to immediately be unwelcome upon arrival. We didn’t know the restaurant opened at 12:00. We just knew our reservation was at 12:00, and we received multiple communications reminding us that there is only a 15 minute grace period and that we need to arrive on time. If the restaurant opens at 12:00, perhaps reservations should begin at 12:15. Next, the person pouring our water didn’t acknowledge us at all, and when we said, “thank you,” they didn’t say a word, stared off in a different direction, and never interacted with us. Each interaction we had was cold, distant, and disinterested. We didn’t feel welcome at all, and while we originally intended to stay a while, we shortened our order and left to go elsewhere.

My husband and I dined at Nobu for our anniversary and were unfortunately disappointed by the overall experience. While the food was undeniably good, the service did not reflect the fine dining standard we expected. Our server initially explained that we’d begin with cold dishes and move into hot items, but the hot dishes arrived first. We then had to follow up about our sushi, which had been forgotten. This disrupted the flow of the meal and really took away from what should have been a special evening. At a point during the dinner my husband had to ask the same busser several times for a straw for his beverage. The staff overall seemed disengaged and low-energy, which added to the feeling that the experience was more rushed than refined. Given Nobu’s reputation, we expected much more in terms of service and ambiance. Sadly, despite enjoying the food, we won’t be returning.
