The food was excellent with great flavors. Portions were a bit small. . It was a bit pricey. My one complaint is three of us got our main dishes and the fourth did not get the main dish till 20 minutes later and the waitress acted like she didn’t care since a 20% tip was already put on the bill.

It’s my new favorite restaurant in Palm Beach Cointy. I absolutely love it. The food is amazing. It’s very comfortable and pretty and it’s not noisy. It’s perfect.

Best food on the property. Worst location. You can’t help but know you’re halfway in the lobby and nearly half the diners that come in ask to change their table because so many are so badly arranged. Staff are attentive, overly so in some ways. While I appreciate a clean table setting, they can try and take your plate while your last bite is still in your mouth. Also, while kitschy, the annoying, constant yelling of Irasshaimase when every guest enters is particularly irritating in such a small space. We can’t wait for the restaurant to move over to the Polpo space.

Excellent food, lots of flavor, great service, and remember this is a POP us…..so even though the setting is not the traditional NOBU setting, they more than make up for it in service and amazing food!!

Overall the atmosphere was ok, not great. The food was typical high priced food where the excitement about the food outweighed the actual taste. The one thing that was 5-star was our waiter Andrew.

Our experience at NOBU Manalapan was amazing. The food, the people, and the atmosphere were outstanding: the food was a party of flavors, the people were very friendly and polite, and the ambiance was such that we could eat dinner and converse comfortably. Overall solid spot for sushi. They have a slight bit of way to go to earn the benefits of carrying the Nobu Brand.
