I took my husband to Nobu for his birthday dinner, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful—inside feels cozy and intimate, perfect for a special night, while the outdoor seating is chic and sophisticated. The sound of the waves in the background adds a serene, relaxing touch that makes the evening even more magical. The service was outstanding! Our server, Charles, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He guided us through the options with ease and made the entire experience seamless. My husband opted for the Chef’s Experience, and it did not disappoint. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—a true culinary journey. Nobu exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect atmosphere, exceptional service, and food that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommend for any special occasion or simply a night to indulge.

Subject: Disappointed Birthday Experience at Nobu Dear Nobu Team, I wanted to share my recent experience during my birthday celebration at your restaurant. I had high expectations, as I’ve always had great meal at Nobu, especially the exceptional sushi—which I must say truly lived up to the reputation. However, I was quite disappointed with how the special occasion was handled. When I made the reservation, I clearly noted that it was for my birthday. Upon arrival, the host even acknowledged it, which made me hopeful for a thoughtful experience. I ordered two desserts, expecting that one would come with a candle or some kind of birthday gesture, especially since the host had mentioned the occasion. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and I was disheartened to see other tables receiving birthday candles and even having the staff sing to them. It made me feel overlooked on what was supposed to be a joyful day. In the past, I’ve celebrated my birthday at places like the Four Seasons and The Breakers, where the service has always been warm and memorable. This year, I chose Nobu because of the incredible food, but sadly, the service didn’t meet my expectations for a special occasion. I’m not sure I would return to celebrate another milestone here, which is unfortunate given how much I enjoyed the cuisine.

As with other Nobu locations, fabulous food and service. We enjoyed dining outside (the inside tables seemed quite dark on a warm beautiful night).
