Marking the continued expansion of The Del’s culinary experiences, Nobu Del Coronado will be the newest addition to the world-renowned Japanese restaurant empire founded by Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert De Niro.

Nobu Del Coronado will offer over 3,700 square feet of stunning indoor and al fresco oceanfront dining space, including an outdoor covered patio dining with a pagoda bar and dedicated sushi bar. Nobu Del Coronado will also spotlight Nobu-signature dishes including the iconic Black Miso Cod and Yellowtail Jalapeño, as well as Nobu’s world-renowned sushi, plus locally inspired dishes and cocktails.

    Food was great and so was the service. The Black Cod Miso is 10/10. My only issue is that we were left waiting for a while to get the dessert menu (15 minutes w/o anyone coming to our table).

    Honestly, pretty disappointed with this Nobu location. The food was okay, the portions were just tiny and it felt extremely overpriced. You're just paying for the snob appeal and it didn't feel worth it. Sushi Soichi or Animae are way better options in my opinion because you leave full, happy, and the experience is worth it. Definitely won't be back. Great waitstaff however, and beautiful location at the Del.

    I was curious to dine at Nobu Del Coronado since it’s a new addition to the area. I had an amazing birthday dinner with my friends, and that is also thanks to Sokol, who made sure everything was perfect with our dining experience at Nobu - so thank you! Food was fresh, no waiting time, great ambiance and an overall great experience. Will be back for sunset time for sure!

    Very interesting dining experience. We had an amazing server who asked if he could build a dining experience for us. We (group of 4) had an awesome time and the food was good but it was very easy to get caught up in the moment and end up with a $1000 check at the end of the meal. Lobster ceviche was perfect but the wagyu was not(we chose the lava stone cooking method and the stone got cold before we were able to cook all the meal).Would we come back, absolutely. But we would definitely be more mindful next time.

    Have been looking forward to this meal forever but it was a miss for us. I expected the price tag, but was disappointed in the execution of the dishes and also the freshness of the fish. Drinks weren’t remarkable either way in my opinion. Setting was gorgeous, but the raw food was just ok. The crispy rice was good, but the tuna bland. The cooked food was much better, but overall I’d give it a 6/10. At one point one of the assistant servers tried to take a plate away before we were finished which was annoying also, but he was polite when we asked him to leave it. We left hungry! But had no desire to try anything else. They’re a new spot so maybe they will get better but i doubt we will return unfortunately.

    So delicious!!! Wildly expensive but it’s nobu- always worth it for a special occasion. The staff were awesome and so nice!!

    Venue by the ocean cannot be beat. Food was excellent to Nobu standards. Dessert was amazing. Only issue we had was the food service would come out intermittently even though we ordered everything at once, but not a big deal.
