Poor service for dinner - food delivery was delayed and 2 orders were wrong. Waiter was not attentive and service was poor.

The food was good, ambience was nice, but the value and service was lacking. I feel at the price of the nobu signature, they should be serving more than just salmon, grouper, mussels, and shrimp. These are all relatively cheap seafood, we did receive the tiniest bit of caviar, but definitely not enough to balance the value. Service was another issue I had. At the beginning of the meal, I was told to feel free to ask any questions, and so I did, although my server made me feel as if I was annoying her with them. On another note, the "detailed explanations" to accompany the arrival of our food was not matched to my expectation of Nobu. I was told things like; white fish (several times, until I asked what exactly the white fish was), and told the rock shrimp dish was to be accompanied with shiitake mushrooms, my dish had none. When I kindly requested to have the mushrooms I was told about, the server willingly had my dish refired. Although, to my disappointment I received the dish and only had a quarter piece of a mushroom to eat with all the shrimp on the dish. As I said earlier, the food was good (not excellent), the ambience was nice. But this is why I felt the value and service was lacking. Disappointing.

Wrote already a review but was not saved apparently. Great terrace and outstanding service of Ysa who got along great with our 14 months niece Sabel. The food and experience was not in term of taste, originality and design at the level we expected considering the Nobu reputation but good and well executed.
