About this restaurant

Noble Pie was born out of practice, patience, and obsessive experimentation. Inspired by travels to many of the great pizzerias of North America, self-taught pizza maker & owner Mike Lange devotes methodical care and attention towards every element of your pie. Our dough recipe is dynamic; a constant work in progress. We are dedicated to the pursuit of new knowledge, processes, and ingredients in an effort to perfect our fermentation and baking techniques. Transitioning from a pizza pop-up to a brick-and-mortar location in 2021, our focus remains the same: simple pies, meticulously made.

                                    Currently my favorate pizza in Calgary but is a must for eat in. Take away does not do the crispy crust its true justice. Saucy mama all the way!

                                    Amazing fresh made pizza. I had the cheese and it was so good. The Cesar salad is definitely one of if not the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend checking them out!

                                    They saved a “table” for us when we got there it wasn’t a table it was two seats at the bar. But other than that great experience.

                                    Hands down the best pizza in the city. Highly recommend sitting down and getting it fresh out of the oven. Caesar salad also is incredible!
