Noble Experiment is a small, intimate cocktail bar located behind a secret door inside of Neighborhood restaurant at 777 G St. San Diego, CA 92101. Reservations for 4 or less are accepted as early as two weeks in advance. Large party reservations can be made through our reservations team at info@nobleexperimentsd.com. Walk-ins are welcome based upon availability.

Maybe it was the wrong night to go but by the time our bartender (male) came back to us on this slow night was an hour… an hour. We watched him go back and forth several times, hang out with the group at the end of the bar, take several other orders and then finally get back to us … kind of a bummer, we thought the ambience was fun, easy to hear, music wasn’t too loud etc… but yeah, I was seriously not impressed. How are you going to come back after an hour and ask if we want another round?! Nope 👎

Loved our bartender, she asked a few questions and was able to create some of the best custom cocktails we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Service was impeccable and astute. You will leave wanting to create the very curated personal drinks they dreamed up during your visit. A phenomenal time with intimate close vibes.

Music was a bit too loud to have a conversation. Really good cocktails made based on your preferences so that’s pretty cool. Wish the service was more prompt as our bartender vanished in between for a while and it took them a while to prep the second drink. But overall had a good experience, would def recommend!

Ordered without menu but the bartender did an amazing job at creating an outstanding drink. Would definitely come back for another surprise drink!
