   Absolute awful, between the terrible food and the awful service this is likely the worst restaurant at West Hartford Center, and this is coming from someone who lives walking distance from the center and has been to just about every restaurant at the center. I ordered 7 appetizers, 30 minutes into our order they told us that they didn’t have one of them, and another 10 minutes later they told us they just realized they were out of another one. The tomato soup was not edible (I sent it back), I almost spit out the cucumber salad after the first bite, and the deviled eggs were mediocre. The only two items I was able to eat were the shrimp and the cheese, the only two items that (thankfully) didn’t require actual cooking and couldn’t be ruined. Both the manger and the waitress were inexperienced and had no clue what they were doing. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would leave it, unfortunately that’s not an option.

   Unfortunately we had a bad experience at Noble & Co. We had reservations for brunch on Saturday and there were only about 5 other tables occupied when we arrived. One of the tables was a larger party. There was only one server for the whole restaurant. I believe she did her best, but our food took over an hour and a half to arrive. The manager was apologetic and took a few items off of our bill, but the wait was unacceptable. Also, the restaurant features waffles on their brunch menu and the waffle iron was broken. They offered pancakes instead. The pancakes were ok, but chicken and pancakes are a poor substitute for chicken and waffles. The restaurant looks really neat and upon arrival I was already planning to return for dinner one evening. However, after our bad experience I do not want to go back.

   The artichokes, gnocchi, noble fries,and macaroni and cheese small plates were delicious. The ambience was nice and the waiter was friendly but could be more attentive.

   Service is way too slow. Hard to say if they were understaffed, but when there are only 6 occupied tables it shouldn't take 15 min to get a drink or have to wait 10 min to order a drink when you see your waiter standing around. Waiter had no knowledge of the drink menu. Had to ask for things more than once and some basic items, like a spoon or clean plates, just never came. Food was not as good as I was expecting.......either a little over cooked (chicken meatballs), too salty (oysters rockefeller) or watery (salmon deviled eggs).

   I love Noble & Co! The party arrived a bit late however we were seated right away by Ashley. Jameson was our waiter and he made sure to give suggestions and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed! This is an amazing place and I recommend it to anyone!

   Drinks took over 30 minutes to get and there were 2 bartenders. Some drinks were not available, which is odd. First time I was here the food was fantastic. This time the food was terrible, couldnt eat my meal at all. The other dishes were just ok. It is suppose to be like a speakeasy but at 10 pm a DJ with club music. I dont think this place will make it unless they get back on track.

   Server remarked it was their third day in the industry, and repeatedly apologized for the poor service and the great length of time it took for basic service. They couldn’t make my drink and waited until the food was coming out to alert us about an appetizer that was 86’d, and subsequently ended up charging us for that item even though it was never delivered or substituted.

   The meal was ok..... at best! The restaurant was completely empty and it still took 20/25 minutes to get our drinks. The portions are small even for tapas. Over all it has one of the best bar selections that I have seen in a long time! However the food will leave something to be desired.

   What a delightful experience we had. We were a group of six and were seated in, what we decided to call the "Princess Booth". High back, purple upholstered booth was quiet, private, and roomy. Perfect for conversation. The restaurant and bar are beautifully appointed with plenty of art and sparkle for everyone. We started with a few of the craft cocktails - all delicious! The main course - I think we ordered one of just about every small plate on the menu and had a good time tasting and sharing with dear friends. ALL were fabulous! The service was extraordinary, although it was Rosh Hashana and the place was pretty empty. A quick visit from the chef to make us feel special, followed by ALL the desserts on the menu. ..also fabulous. Definitely worth a visit to this new W. Hartford Center spot.
