The dishes we had were unique and delicious. I would not have thought to order prune stuffed gnocchi but did because of the rave reviews. The dish was one of the best that I have had in a long time. The Rohan rabbit duet was also soo good - juicy and tender and beautifully sauced. We had an excellent half bottle of St. Emilion, and the service was also excellent, relaxed, friendly and informative. I would love to go back and try the tasting menu and some of the more unusual wines on offer. A great restaurant in the heart of Boston.

My son and his significant other got engaged and their moms flew in to surprise them and host a special dinner. No 9 Park did a fabulous job helping me plan the event. Could not ask for a more wonderful place.

Everything was lovely. We had reserved a table outside but the table were very small and we were fortunate to get a table in the bar area. For such a great meal, it was a much better experience to be inside.

Did not disappoint. Fine dining in Boston is hard to find. Cocktails, oysters, Foie gras, lamb, gnocchi etc. were all first class and served perfectly on the plate. Meal spacing was just right and wine selection is the best I’ve ever seen. Barbara has always delivered for me and I’ll return again and again. Jordan was a fantastic server with a wonderful story. An anniversary to remember. Merci.

Did not live up to expectations on our visit. Discordant tasting menu and very limiter ala carte choices
Spotty service, training clearly and issue. Not worth the price with many better choices in central Boston.

Loved this whole experience. Go for the Raw Bar as a starter (one per person if you like oysters!) and you won’t be disappointed. Nick provided excellent service. The other waitstaff seemed nice and fine, but lacked the expert discretion and finesse that Nick very evidently displayed. Such a memorable experience for our first time in Boston!

What an exceptional experience. A first class restaurant with exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived we were taken special care of and accommodated in every way possible. We did the chef tasting as well the wine pairing, including adding the gnocchi stuffed with prunes which is a must. Shoutout to Bibi for her exceptional food/wine knowledge and Diego for his warm welcome and conversation. The rest of the staff were also great and very professional. Would love to come back for another experience one day.

Horrible service. Waited over an hour and a half for our first course. They doubled their capacity with outdoor tables and the kitchen clearly couldn’t handle the increased volume of orders. There was only one waiter for our entire room and we had to ask for menus, ask to order, ask where our food was, etc. The table next to us had only one course after being there for three hours. This used to be a favorite. Its a shame what has happened to it.

9 Park hasn't lost a beat despite the pandemic disruptions and staff turnover, etc. Many restaurants are struggling to provide top quality service due to staff shortages. Not 9 park. Service was impeccable (as usual). Timing was good, wait staff was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The menu has most of the usual classics and some others. Everything we had was great, just as it was prior to the pandemic.
I am hoping 9 Park will continue outdoor seating as the weather gets cooler, and perhaps add some heat lamps to extend the outdoor season!

Nick, the Sommelier was incredibly knowledgable about all the food and best wine pairings. Also he was very charismatic, professional and was trying his best to satisfy all the customers that slowly but surely showed up and filled up the place. The new situation is hitting every restaurant very hard. Being understaffed is a big issue, and while Nick was training the new people he was also working very hard to make every customer feel like Queens and Kings which certainly wasn't easy but he succeeded in our eyes!
The food was outstanding, the ambiance was phenomenal and the timing for every single course was on spot! Only once our wine glasses were empty to finish the last course that paired with the Rosé and we thought it was because our bottle was empty. When they removed the empty plates Nick came to serve us the rest of the bottle and we told him we wished we had known there was still some wine left for us. It was tough to tell because they keep the bottle cold in their refrigerator, not in a cooler by the table. He made up for that with a fantastic Red for the following course!
Will definitely go back!

This was our first time to No.9 Park and i was pretty disappointed by our experience.
The room has too many tables, the noice was so high that we could not hear the waiters!
I was expected a very elegant restaurant, but it is not!
Too much time between one plate and the other.
We took the 6 courses menu: the fish plates were pretty good, the RICOTTA GNUDI were not very tasty, they taste like mac and cheese,PRUNE STUFFED GNOCCHI had no flavour, you can taste the sweet prune, that was nice, but the external of the gnocchi was completely unflavor! I liked the pork, but i think the white beans were not a good combination, but maybe this is only my personal taste.
The waiters were very nice and polite.
Our table were too close to the kitchen, maybe also for that too noice.
Overall i do not think we will return there,i do not think worth value.

Disappointed in our latest visit to 9 Park. Perhaps it's the COVID hangover, but service was slow all night, from cocktails to check. The new smaller and darker footprint of the restaurant felt more cramped. Being seated under a large HVAC unit that was literally blowing everyone's hair around when we first sat down didn't help (although the manager did turn the blower down, it was still quite noticeable at our table). Unfortunately, would move 9 Park from the A list to the B list, which given the prices, suggests maybe looking elsewhere.

This visit to No. 9 wasn’t anywhere near as good as any of our previous visits. We requested outdoor on our reservation (the only option) but were asked to change to indoor once inclement weather loomed. Then, the weather improved. So, when we arrived, we thought things would revert to our original reservation, but were told “no.” Other, later reservations were given priority. Fortunately, a walk-in left and they could accommodate us outside. Still, that was an inopportune start. We had the tasting menu and the food was good, but not great. Most courses were lukewarm. The gnudi was killer, but the others were rather meh. The wine pairings were good, intriguing. All in all, for the price we were a little disappointed.

We ordered from the pre-fixe menu with commensurate wine pairings and it could not have gone better. The sommelier acted as our waiter/guide and was incredibly enthusiastic and informative. His first hand knowledge of each wine was impressive matched only by the ambiance of the late September sun setting over Boston Common.

Air conditioning non existent or not working. Felt like 90 degrees F in there. 20 degrees cooler outside. Food wasn’t as good as expected for a Lydia Shire restaurant. Steak chewy. Vegetarian option beautiful and tasty but left eaters hungry. Food and my cocktail over salted but that may be a personal viewpoint. Service was timely and friendly. Maybe just an off night.

Food was excellent, tasty, and high quality.
The service really disappointed. Very choppy, sporadic, and inconsistent. 20 minutes to get cocktails, then the first course was served without the wine paring. Had to ask for the paring after the course. Also had to ask for the bread basket - then it never returned again.
The ambience was nice, but the temperature inside the restaurant was incredibly hot.
The amount of wine served with each course was embarrassingly small. I could understand if the wine served was truly high end wine, but it was moderate at best.
The bill plus tip for two people was over $600.
If the bill were half of what it was I’d be giving very good ranks, but when you’re paying for excellent food and excellent service the establishment needs to provide both to command that tariff.

Wonderful dinner, food was very good and the service was great!!! It was very warm in the dinning room, uncomfortably warm. Air conditioning would have made this a 5 star dinning experience! You would think for the price points the dinning room would be comfortable. Regardless we enjoyed the food, service, drinks and the experience very much!
