Nineteen Hyaku is the newest concept from Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality located in the newly built Jefferson Bank Building. Enjoy a variety of items curated by our talented chefs that’s aimed to please any palate. Sushi Rolls, Tx Wagyu Steak over a live fire, Nigiri & Sashimi elegantly cut, craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, and a Sake list to compliment each unique flavor is awaiting you at Nineteen Hyaku. We hope to serve you soon!

Reservations are strongly encouraged, but not required. The bar is always open for walk-in dining.
Valet is located on the Grayson side of the building with a separate fee taken at the Valet stand.
Covered Parking is available in the Jefferson Bank Building. Validation is not available. Parking in the garage is free for the first 30 minutes with charges beginning after the 30 minute mark. Street Parking is also available in the area, please park to your discretion.

    All the flavors! We tried the Serrano and Nelson 2.0 roll and they were both excellent. Gyoza was yummy as usual and of course so was the espresso martini. My husband was not a fan of the house old fashioned but I thought it was interesting.

    Nice ambience and cool spot but the service is subpar, especially for the prices. Have been here twice. Waitress barely checked on us (it wasn’t even busy) and served food without any chopsticks or utensils. We had to grab them from the table nearby

    I like sashimi. I had the chef’s pick Tuna. All three cuts were good. Plenty of fish. I had miso soup. It was loaded with mushroom which is different for me. I like it. I had some yellowtail also. Fresh. I’ve seen better prices in town with consistently quality fresh fish. Worth trying if you are looking for a Japanese option by The Pearl.

    Great service and delicious sushi. My waitress Jacqueline was attentive and had good selections. Sushi chefs were awesome too!

    We had been here a few times and overall it has been ok. The service was so slow and it wasn’t even busy, took about 45 minutes just to get our appetizers and when we finally got the few sashimi we ordered the cut were so thin where u could literally see through it. So that was disappointing.. We also ordered additional food and the waitress kept coming back asking us about what we ordered and stated she kept forgetting to put the order in. We’ll use a note pad maybe if you can’t remember it? We have definitely had a better experience here before when it comes to the overall of food, service and experience so hopefully they do take note of this.
