   A perfect homage to House of Prime Rib. The salad was incredible! The prime rib divine! The adorable mini baked potato with all the fixings. Everything was beautifully made and presented and just so yummy! We hope to go back before they change the menu. It was much more casual then Nightbird. Amazing service and very good wines and cocktails. GO!

   Absolutely incredible Chef Kim is top of her game. The interpretation of House of Prime Rib was unreal topped by the best truffle Yorkshire Pudding ever ever. And every element of the meal was reminiscent of HOPR and yet original and absolutely delicious. My only sadness is that PrimeBird only has one more week! Thank you Chef Kim & Ron!

   An exquisite and special experience. I am grateful to Kim Alter and her team for a delicious menu of iconic dishes. The space is gorgeous, the food delicious, and the service impeccable.

   The prime rib experience is probably not worth it. Very quiet ambiance, distant servers, 7-8 tables. If you’re craving prime rib, go to the original place. Better value and taste, more engaging servers. That said, if you want a quieter ambiance, go with this pop up. It’s definitely more intimate and quiet.

   Incredible interpretation of HOPR with melt in your mouth morsels served in a very odd environment reminiscent of “The Menu.”
