Great night out! Food was amazing! Next time we need to play first then eat so we can bring home the leftovers
Service was fine though all help notes they were new and understaffed. Why no non caloric non alcoholic drinks? Only water. I would not be inclined to eat there again because of the beverage thing to be honest.
I brought a big group of staff from my office for the the first time and was embarrassed after the food was served. Medium burgers were burnt, food was overly salty. Majority got prime ribs and the meat on all plates were dry and burnt. The server was new, she said it was her first day which is fine but nobody to walk with her to answer our questions. She said she doesn’t know any of the foods and the portions. Unfortunately I don’t feel like coming back after last night. It did not meet our expectations.
My husband and I came for lunch on a mid afternoon (Thursday). It was his birthday. We were able to sit at the bar. The food was delicious, beer was tasty and the service was perfect. I was able to get a flight of beers and taste 4! The manager and bartender personally said happy birthday to my husband. We have a great lunch and then moved on to the Level 99 games next door!
We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends after visiting level 99. Ordered food with one waitress the second one brought the food, and forgot one of the salads. Which was ok, it happens. Then I asked one of the waitresses if they had any desserts which she said they did. And asked if they had any candles, she told me they didn’t and asked me if I wanted to go to the convenience store in the mall and purchase them myself… then finally our waitress came back and when the kids ordered desserts I asked again about the candles and she replied of course we do. All right, so the other waitress had no clue.
Then the third person brought the desserts with no candle… and also no plates or utensils… we waited around 5 minutes, no one was in sight and we just got the plates, napkins and utensils ourselves from the waitress’s station.
Perfect service, right?
Then after everyone finished their desserts our waitress came back and I asked why the candle wasn’t there with the dessert which she replied, oh they probably forgot… so I asked if they could fix it like bring something small like a scoop of ice cream with a candle or something like that, and she proceeded “sorry, if they already ate their desserts it’s too late now”.
Needless to say, we are not coming back to that place.
Thanks for a “great birthday celebration”.
Service was a bit slow but it seemed like it was just overburdening the staff that was working.
Very limited drink and food menu. Flies floating in water. Customer service was great but not the food or drinks.
Fantastic menu, amazing pizza. We look forward to dining here again
Ok - I didn’t realize it was part of Dave and Busters
We ordered Rosemary-Truffle Fries, there was absolutely no Truffle, couldn’t taste it at all or even smell it. Also ordered a mushroom pizza that was supposed to have Truffle oil. Again absolutely no Truffle, couldn’t smell or taste any truffle. Pizza was Detroit style, so deep dish, expecting it to be a bit oily but it was very, very saturated with oil. Other than the taste of oil you could still taste good flavors, liked the pizza but my body isn’t use to eating that much oil, enough said.
We were surprised to see how high the bill was. I had a salad with chicken on it and my husband had a roast chicken dinner. We each had one drink. Our server was wonderful and very attentive, but with a tip the bill came to just under $100.00. Oh yes, we had a potato chip and dip appetizer that was only $6.00. They were homemade and fabulous. It was fun, the food was good but very noisy and they only had one kind of vodka which I still don't know what it was. The vodka on the rocks was $11 while my husband's beer was $9. I think $11 was a little excessive when it was a mongrel vodka. I expect to pay that for a top shelf brand. All in all, it was o.k. but I wouldn't rush back.
Great food. Efficient service!
Our first meal there, had a small group of us for our son's 10th birthday. Great food and service. I had a margarita and my husband had beer. Excited to have this in the area to improve the dining options.
Service was great, beer was good, food was just meh.
Food was WAY better than we expected. I tried the Rickey Weisse fruited sour, pretty tasty. The Detroit style proscuitto and fig pizza was insanely tasty, while the Nashville Hot Chicken was huge and delicious.
The service and space are great! It's a separate area from Level 99 though you walk through Level 99 to use the restroom. You can hear people having fun but it's not too raucous. The food was delicious, but I think Detroit style pizza is too greasy for me. We got the candied nuts, chicken dunkers (soooo juicy and crispy!), Caesar salad (needs to be a little lighter on the dressing), and Shifty pizza. The sauce on the pizza was very good as was the crust, but just too much gloppy cheese. The beers of course were great and there was a good selection, including from different breweries. I want to return but will not get a pizza next time.
Was expecting a limited menu, beers limited to Night Shift and fair service. The range of food offering, beers and service all exceeded expectations, especially with their relatively recent opening and difficulty other establishments are having with staff. Pizza was good, but will go back to try the range of sandwiches and entrees.
We came upon Night Shift purely by accident, due to weather and location. We were not disappointed! Our waiter was friendly and helpful, especially with food allergies. Both pizza and salad were delicious. We will be back!
Service was a little slow, but that seems to be the norm pretty much everywhere since restaurants are struggling to find help post covid. Food and beer were both excellent. We will definitely be back!
The food and service were over the top and I would highly recommend it. The noise was extremely loud, I would recommend some acoustic noise dampening tiles on the vaulted roof to block absorb some of the noise coming from within the restaurant and outside activities of Level 99 & Dave and Busters. I couldn't enjoy my conversation with friends and family and I am of a younger demographic with excellent hearing.
Really good vibe and food was really good. We all got sandwiches and all were awesome. The pizza looked amazing..def going back to try it!
Awesome place and awesome food
We enjoyed Night Shift. The food was food. I loved the Vegetarian Grain Bowl and other members of our party enjoyed their sandwiches. The beer selection was limited but good. We'll go back.
Found a bone in the chicken in my salad, the fries were decent, beer and drinks were excellent, it was very loud. The service was outstanding however I felt like we were being rushed out. The best part is Level99, that place is great.
It was a very good
I reserved a booth through opentable it was my fiancé’s birthday. When we arrived they sat us at a high top, it was crowded, so it really wasn’t a big deal. We sat down and ordered an appetizer and our entrees. The entrees came out very fast, but we had no silverware or napkins to eat…and no appetizer. I couldn’t find our waitress for 5 minutes so I flagged down the host and he grabbed them for us. No appetizer but whatever we will just eat our meals. My girl got a chicken Caesar salad and when I say the chicken was inedible it is an understatement. It seemed like all the fat, gristle and chicken skin nastiness that might usually be removed and thrown out was all up in this salad. I ordered pizza it was pizza but after seeing the weird alien pieces of meat she pulled out of her salad I couldn’t eat the pizza anymore. The appetizer never came when I asked the waitress she shrugged it off and said it must have got lost in the mix at least she took it off the bill…. Overall one of the worst dining experiences of my natural life
The food was excellent. It was a definitely loud inside but given out full it was that was understandable. Our waitress was clearly new and not 100% knowledgeable about the menu but she was prepared with notes and over nice. The tables at the booths are un the smaller side which made it a little but like a jigsaw puzzle to fit all the food and drinks.
Beer prices could be a little bit cheaper as I can go to other brewery themed restaurants and pay $6 dollars for a beer and it should say if it is a full.pour or 12 ounces. Overall will not be back as they made a mistake on my order and did not take it off the bill. Not impressed go elsewhere if you are around.
It was our first time to the Natick location and we were amazed at how great the food was and the attentive service was amazing. We always enjoyed the beer but now there's another reason - a great meal. Plus it is located next to a very unique interactive entertainment center which looks like it would be a great way to celebrate a birthday or whatever with a group of friends.
New Night Shift location in the Natick mall attached to an adult entertainment center. Service was fast and attentive, cool atmosphere that doesn't feel like you're in a mall (thankfully). Nice selection of Night Shift and other local brews on tap.
Our server was great, I think Cheyanne.....?
The food was just OK.
The pizza had a very thick crust, kind of a flat bread or almost like foccacia. My kids would not eat it. One person had a faro salad that he enjoyed.
Nashville hot chicken sandwich was ...... meh.
After dinner we entered the games area, which my kids enjoyed.
Food was delicious. Beer selection is pretty good. Service was just OK. The noise level is high .
Had a great time with family and friends.
Great place and great food!
Enjoyed our meal last night at Night Shift. It was very good and will be going back. :)
Night Shift was everything I needed and more! From amazing food and drink to excellent atmosphere, I had an amazing time.
Food was great! We got Sticky Chicken Wings and Rosemary Truffle Fries for the table. Both tasted great and were of decent portion / what you can expect from any restaurant. The glaze in the wings was sweet and spicy, they were crispy, and the dipping sauce was rich - everything worked so well together. The Koran fried chicken sandwich was a big thigh, soft bun, and tangy sauce. I subbed in a side salad for the fries and was not disappointed. The dressing on the side was creamy and green.
Service was great and super quick. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, had drinks within 5 minutes, and got out food shortly after ordering. Our server was super friendly and welcoming. She even knew we needed plates right as I was about to ask her.
The room was a bit louder than expected, but it was a super comfortable room to hang out in. I will definitely be coming back, even if it is only for drinks!
The food and drinks were delicious, and available both in the restaurant and in the game area.
The game area was mind-blowing. There were so many 3ish minute escape rooms, in addition to games and scavenger hunts. Everything was turned into art, and the whole space was beautiful.
Awesome food, beer and service
Fantastic pizza and beer!
