Luxury takes root in the heart of Austin at Nido, bringing the charm of the area together with the culinary techniques of coastal Europe, all perched above Lady Bird Lake and the energetic cityscape.

Nido is located on the rooftop of The Loren at Lady Bird Lake - recently named by Conde Nast Traveller and Travel & Leisure Magazine as "one of the hottest hotel openings in the world." Nido nods to the surrounding and native Hill Country, giving diners a one-of-a-kind respite to experience worldly-travel through food. Nido’s selection of carefully crafted, seasonal menus are internationally-inspired with a focus on classical technique.

Reservations are available for inside the dining room and the dining tables in the bar. Lounge seating is available on a walk in basis in the bar and on the terrace for drinks and snacks.

    Nido was amazing. Don’t get there early if you have one of the first reservations as you will be sent back down to the lobby without even a hello. After we passed that the service food and ambiance were amazing.

    Excellent service by all of the waitstaff, in particular Trenton who gave us excellent descriptions of each item on the menu (one in our party had a food allergy) and great recommendations for cocktails and salads. He was friendly but professional, attentive and kind, and absolutely made our experience at Nido a wonderful evening. Thank You! We will be back!

    The outdoor dining was fantastic, great weather for it. Unfortunately the fish & chips was less than par, the club sandwich was just ok, and the quinoa salad was alright. May just be a hangout for drinks and atmosphere. :(

    The food was fantastic, especially the French toast! It had an amazing texture that reminded me of bread pudding. It was delicious! I want to give a shoutout to Sebastian, who was an excellent server.
