Awesome customer service! Great waitstaff. Food and ambiance were average. With so many places to go to, not sure we’ll make this a regular stop during our visit the HHI.

Our server/ the bartender was grouchy/moody, but had moments of politeness . The crab and shrimp. Hot appetizer was extremely salty. The red fish was dry and thin. The ribs were good tho.

A nice out of the way restaurant. We ate at several of the high profile eateries highly publicized as “can’t miss” places but I would say this place is very competitive to those . My wife ate salmon at 3 different restaurants and said that Nicks was top of the list for her You won’t be disappointed with the food or service, which was tremendous also

Shrimp & scallop skewers with bourbon glaze is spicy! Didn’t realize it when ordered. Waitress was very accommodating and offered to have it grilled again without the glaze. Green beans bland. Duke’s coleslaw also bland-just mayo & cabbage.

The service was very good. The restaurant over all was clean but it was very warm and humid inside. It was so humid that our table was sticky. The a large portion of my ribeye steak was tough and had little flavor, French fries were not hot, but the broccoli was good. My husband’s captains platter consisted of 5 small shrimp, 4 small scallops and a piece of fish, the fish was warm but the shrimp was not, his salad was a nice size and was fresh. We left feeling like the food was ok.

Food was extremely good. We had lobster bisque, shrimp and crab dip, and blackened shrimp/scallops/flounder. I would definitely return.

We thought we were going to a fancy steak dinner. It was actually a repurposed Applebee's restaurant. Overpriced Applebee's-type food.
