Nicks was such a cool experience. The noise level was low and intimate, the seating varied from indoor/outdoor vibes plus upstairs. Every table was taken. I never felt rushed. Cocktails and appetizers were delicious. We had the watermelon margaritas and fried asparagus. I can’t wait to go back.

Nick’s is always solid and a great dining experience. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is our first time, we had high expectations of this place. The food was great, just the service was a slow and our server wasn’t attentive enough, we waited a lil bit to see him again to ask for more cocktails and later for water, and some condiments. The place is small and there’s a lot of people next to the bar making the entrance tight enough to bump into each others bodies. Overall it was okay for casual occasions but not for special ones like birthdays, romantic dates or anniversaries.

I came here with my family to celebrate a special occasion and the staff definitely made us feel welcome and comfortable. Although the servers are busy, they still make you a priority with checking in to make sure we’re satisfied with our meals and drinks. Food was spectacular, made specifically to order and all requests were made and met with ease. Overall this was a lovely dining experience and definitely will be coming back

Excellent food and service. Have been here many times for business meals and celebrations. Seating for large groups can be a little tight. One of my go to restaurants in Pasadena.

The server brought a mistaken order and offered to replace it right away. My business guest’s order was OK, but since he said right away, she decided to wait. It turned out my reorder was placed in the regular line and it was 45 minutes until it showed up. Meanwhile, the server and the manager kept coming by to say it would be just 3 minutes more when, obviously, it wasn’t. Not a good impression, and it took away from this first lunch with an important business associate. She was late getting back for a meeting.

We have been dining at Nick's frequently. Last year we had issues with the food. We returned and Nick's was on a roll with consistency until last night. Now I will say my meal was compensated I ordered the new York strip medium which is pink in the middle all day and it was rare. Beyond that is came with over greased limp and sad asparagus. I had asked for no chives for the baked potato had I known they put garish on the veggie Don't bother The restaurant is always busy. Although I'm a VIP according to open table, I feel at Nicks my table request aren't honored unless I make a fuss. I'm going to not bother with any steak again

As always, the food was exceptional and so was the service. The only issue we had was the noise level was extraordinarily high. Would be great if the restaurant could have some sound absorption placed on the walls as Voice is bounced off the walls and carried.
