Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Executive Chef, Cynthia Long and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

Wonderful brunch place close to downtown. Service, food, and drinks exceeded our expectations! Parking is super close and they validate! Highly recommend!!

Everything was top notch, food was amazing, friendly staff, the table side prime rib was hands down the best in town! We got seated even before our reservation time and our server was completely amazing! We will definitely be back for more special occasions! Our group of 6 was treated like VIPs and very well taken care of! Highly recommend!

My wife and I were so glad we decided to dine here. The ambiance was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, the prime rib was the best I’ve ever eaten. Above all was the service provided by Greeter Alan and our Server Bo. They were both so friendly and seemed to really appreciate our business. If we ever get back out this way, we definitely pay them a visit.

We had a business meeting lunch and it was quiet enough we did not have to shout at each other. The food was excellent. One person in our group was gluten free and he asked about one of dishes and the server went and found out if it was available gluten free (which it was). Overall, I would look forward to eating there again.

Had a lovely Mother’s Day brunch at Nick’s Quorum this morning! The service and food were outstanding! There were a lot of nice options from which to choose, and the four of us shared samples with each other. We had the shrimp and grits, Eggs Benedict, salmon, and chicken and waffles. All were excellent. Highly recommend this as a nice option for a great meal. There was even a very nice musician playing piano and singing some great classics.
