Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Executive Chef, Cynthia Long and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

We had a business meeting lunch and it was quiet enough we did not have to shout at each other. The food was excellent. One person in our group was gluten free and he asked about one of dishes and the server went and found out if it was available gluten free (which it was). Overall, I would look forward to eating there again.

Service was outstanding from first experience with host (Tess) to our server (Angela). Large portions. Delicious meal. Relaxing environment.

Had a lovely Mother’s Day brunch at Nick’s Quorum this morning! The service and food were outstanding! There were a lot of nice options from which to choose, and the four of us shared samples with each other. We had the shrimp and grits, Eggs Benedict, salmon, and chicken and waffles. All were excellent. Highly recommend this as a nice option for a great meal. There was even a very nice musician playing piano and singing some great classics.

Very nice lunch/brunch with a delicious Waygu burger. My colleagues had the malted waffle and the breakfast tacos. They both raved on them. I was happy to see they served local roasted coffee as an upgrade. The service was friendly and fast.

The trout, Mac n cheese, cured salmon, beet salad, and prince cheesecake were all outstanding. The ambiance was delightful and the service attentive. Highly recommend.

We had a good time. Really loved the atmosphere and the staff was extremely friendly! Loved the mocktail, drinks, apps and our food. Service was a bit slow but they made it right in the end and we enjoyed the apple crumble dessert. We’ll be back!

We were seated in a private dining room as I had requested a "quiet" spot as two our of guests have hearing aids. The Easter brunch menu was delicious -- 3 of us had the Shrimp and Grits and one had Avocado Toast. Not only were these entrees all delicous, they were attractively displayed. Three of us had dessert; again all excellent. Paige, our waitperson, was friendly and attentive. One of our hearing aid guests asked if she could turn down the music, and she was able to do so. A wonderful Easter experience.

My wife and I each had the bone in filet. It was delicious and very flavorful. I added the garlic shrimp to the filet and it was a great add. The parsnip mash was a great side dish. The Chef was featuring a new line-up of spring desserts. The fruit tart was light and refreshing - I would order again. The purple yam cheesecake is a gem. Very unique and well worth a discovery. Ambiance at Nick’s Quorum is terrific: comfortable with great music.
