Nick & Jimmy's is one of Albuquerque's finest locally owned restaurants. Our restaurant expertise dates back to the 1950’s Court Café in downtown Albuquerque. All our restaurants feature a wide variety of cuisines. We take pride in our food! We purchase as much produce as possible from local farms. We always serve aged, hand-cut, never frozen steaks and the finest seafood and lamb available. We make as many entrées and items from scratch as possible including our desserts, sauces, and dressings. We cater to our guest by offering vegetarian and gluten free entrées.

Nice place for hubby and I to enjoy our anniversary dinner. The ambiance was nice, the lady playing the keyboard and singing was excellent, as was our waitress. The food was very reasonably priced and for the most part, excellent. Hubby had the Greek platter and thoroughly enjoyed it. I LOVED the Humus. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and was very disappointed. BUT, to be fair, We moved here from Texas, and I am from the New Orleans area. I don't think it fair to compare a Texas or southern dish, or style of cooking to New Mexico food. The breading on the steak was Panko bread crumbs, instead of the breading I was used to. This was not our first time here, and I really enjoyed all of my food on our previous visit. My advice is just don't get anything, "chicken fried" if you are expecting Southern Style. 😊

I had the green chili meatloaf. It was out of this world! It's actually very hard to make the perfect meatloaf

If you're looking for atmosphere and ambiance, this isn't the place. Unfortunately, this is for an older clientele and I'm 49! Had reservations at 7:00 on a Saturday, no problem getting in. By the time 8:30 came around, it was us and two other tables. Service was excellent, however, food was mediocre, both my husband and I had the specials, nothing special about them and the pricing was high considering the quality. Although, drinks were good with happy hour pricing. Unfortunately, we won't be returning anytime soon. Many other options for better food and atmosphere.

We stayed at a hotel nearby and decided to try the restaurant based on yelp. Everything was excellent. The restaurant was crowded but the service was wonderful. We started out with a complementary appetizer of Splanokopita Which was great. We had a very enjoyable evening and the food was wonderful
