Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

Great food no complaints at all on the food! Service was confusing and would get asked the same question for example “more water; another drink?” when the previous person had already asked… The noise/music level was too loud

Great steak restaurant with plenty of menu options for all. The service and friendliness of staff was out of this world. Wine selections were immense as well. I had high expectations, but they blew them out of the water. Will certainly be returning.

The service was excellent and individualized. Food was excellent and delicious. Loved the Dove sole and bone in ribeye with minimal fat. Kelly and team were excellent.

I always love Nicco’s. The ambiance is good. Service and the food are even better. It is my go-to place for sure! Good for a celebration or just a girls night out!

Very nice experience. Only negative feedback was the noise level, which was more than extremely loud, impacting our ability to hold a conversation across the table without becoming part of the problem.

The restaurant is amazing.. service is top flight and the food is really good… it’s noisy, but it’s got a NYC Steakhouse vibe… it’s expected.

Nicco’s is a great restaurant. Great service…Tablecloths would add to the atmosphere. We were a bit put off to find $6 x3 charges for 3 one ounce sides of Bernaise sauce. Perhaps we would have ordered less if were informed.
