Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

    This was the second time within a week that I was able to eat at this restaurant. On Sunday night went with some of our friends and the place was extremely noisy and hard to hear. The food was okay. I ordered the ribeye which was advertised as 16 oz but I could almost assure that it wasn't and I did order it medium rare and it was more medium medium well, but I did not send it back. The sides were okay. Yams and mushrooms especially Went again last night with some other local friends sat in the bar area which was a little quieter. The staff has been great, but the food not so much. I ordered the branzino on this second night as it was recommended. It was pretty dry and not enjoyable. At the end of the day including tip the bill was slightly under $400 for three of us with one of our group having two cocktails. One would expect when you spend that much money to walk out of a restaurant in awe. I guess that's not the case nowadays. I really hate to have a negative outtake when giving a review that is being read by the public, but there was no other way to sugarcoat this experience.

    We had a reservation and when we arrived the host just told us to wait. There was no seating and she didn’t direct us anywhere so we just stood there for 10 mins feeling as though we were in the way. They took us to a room that was hosting a large private party which we obviously felt uncomfortable with. When we were finally sat properly in the dining room we waiting another 10-15 mins for a Diet Coke… I asked they bring another right behind it because I was thirsty and if it takes that long to get a soda to please put another one in now. They charged me for the refill. Petty! The prime rib was dry and NOT med rare as we asked. We also got the burger. Don’t bother here; it was $52 and it was incredibly basic. Not worth even half that! Way overpriced, poor service, and just average food. Save your money and time. There are plenty of better options around!

    Our first time to Nicoo's, we are Vegas locals. We had a drink at the bar and then sat for dinner. Marco was our waiter... the service was very good and the food was exceptional... The snow beef carpaccio was amazing. It is expensive, but again,n the quality and overall experience made it worth it for us ... we will be back

    Have been to the other Station Casinos steakhouses so wanted to try this one. Relatively the same menu, except Niccos has more seafood options. I wanted my favorite martini that they serve at Hanks and the bartender figure out how to make it! :-) I didn't love the bread basket because there was no variety to it. The steakhouse salad is always a good option at a Station Casinos steakhouse. I had the tuna which was phenomenal, my companion had the Australian wagyu filet special, which was also very delicious. For side we tried the broccoli and the creamed corn. I liked the broccoli (down in a light mustard sauce) but my companion didn't love it. The creamed corn was okay - we brought most of it home and I added some Tajin and cheese to it and made it more like mexican street corn and then it was delicious! Key lime pie for dessert was amazing. If you are a tequila lover, you MUST try the Elixir (something) drink that is on the drink menu. It is basically an espresso martini but made with tequila instead of vodka and it is refreshing and lovely. Due to the way the restaurant is created - wide, open spaces, it can be very loud so a bit difficult for someone who is hard of hearing.

    Had a party of four, took my wife and parents to Nico’s for two birthdays. Service was great the whole night. The food was excellent as well. The only issue was my steak was well done. I had requested medium. Our server noticed immediately and took it back. The new one took so long my family was finished before it arrived. What I had of the steak was good, but it wasn’t great to not enjoy food while everyone was eating. They took the steak off the bill, and everyone else really liked it. I’d be careful ordering steak there as my second steak looks a little over as well.

    First time visiting and went for the chicken wings and caviar, happy hour special. Definitely an interestingly good combination. Service was a little slow in the beginning but once greeted, it was excellent.

    I consistently have a great time here. Food quality and attention from the staff is fantastic, and it's a great place for locals as well as tourists to get a good meal. They do steaks and fish, you'll get perfectly cooked food no matter what.
