The room was very cold. Everyone complained and the staff would bring blankets out. The food was sub par. Several small courses that didn’t live up to the multi course meal. Service was poor. I had to chase down the waitress to pay our tab. My wife had to leave before desert because she was freezing. Not worth $300

I was over charged for a tip and told it would be removed from the bill. It never was. I will never return.

Was a great location with great food however as a result of thunderstorms and lightning the hotel closed the pool. As result of the weather we were unfortunately only able to use the cabana for only about an hour. With that said management advised that they would refund the cabana however I have yet to see the refund. Will update further.

Very overpriced , the cushions were filthy in all of the cabana’s… no additional service with the upgrade at $300 per day. The service road for the hotel runs adjacent to the pool with trucks and carts running by all day.

Someone really needs to edit the description of this place to make clear that the cabanas are $550 per day -- nearly $600 with tax. This is insane.

Disappointed in the food, the drinks were ok. We ate in the showfish last year at the same time and it was delicious.
