    The lamb tagline was excellent. This was the best overall main course for 2025! The pairing of apricots in the rich dark gravy worked beautifully. The meat was defatted and tender. The side of red cabbage that had a hint of fruit and the Arborio rice rounded out and enhanced the meat dish. As a cook for our family for almost 40 years I know the thought and labor of preparing this dish for four. To create it for NBOC guests is an amazing triumph. I hope to be treated to this dish again. The persistent negative marks of my response are created by the high noise level in the dining room. Money and effort should be focused on architectural noise reduction before the plantings and interior beautification. Dining is a daily need and a resident priority. Richard Medverd

    One person had the Steak tips and could t eat them they were tough and grisly . All the others dishes were great

    The entire experience was excellent. We felt welcomed upon arrival, to food well prepared and as ordered, to appropriate follow up to make sure we had what we wanted and needed for our meal.

    Only very minor nit: I had the special pot roast. Outstanding flavor and presentation. Portion size too large! And tasted so good I ate it all.

    The Shrimp Daily Special over pasta was excellent! It should appear on the next rewrite of the Centro menu - it was that good! The meal was spoiled again by the excessive noise that destroyed the opportunity of quiet and considered conversation. The need for architectural noise abatement has reached the critical level. It should be elevated to the top of the To-Do list. Richard and Joyce Medverd
