   They didnt know we had a reservation by using open table. I would not eat there again, the menu is limited, but I would meet someone there for a drink.

   The we had a reservation for 4 to celebrate a birthday and the restaurant was closed — no notification. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN??

   Especially loud. Only saw 2 employees that didn’t acknowledge us to serve. Left right after arriving. Don’t waste your time.

   We made reservations through Open Table. Received the confirmation text the day before. We showed up and the restaurant is CLOSED. The website shows they’re open. I called to speak with someone, and their mailbox is FULL. We should’ve received a phone call or an email or a text letting us know. Truly disappointing

   Had a reservation at 8, arrived 10 minutes early and was told we wouldn’t get a table for 20 minutes so we stayed. Sat down at 8:20, server came and told us there was a 40 minute wait for food, we said that was fine and ordered right away (from a limited menu, not the one they post online so that was disappointing). They brought our drinks and appetizers and refilled our drinks twice and then dumped over an order of cheese curds all over the table with a bottle of ketchup which we had to go ask the manger to replace. At 9:50 someone came and told us we had minors at the table and had to leave by 10 yet we still weren’t served our dinners so we decided it wasn’t worth the wait so we went to the bartender to pay for our drinks and he recommended we just walk out after our experience. The two tables around us left also without eating because of the wait. They can’t handle parties and regular service at the same time and need better management and possibly cooks. Would not recommend.

   I was so excited to try this place and was so incredibly disappointed. The service was awful from being greeted by the hostess who didn't acknowledge us for about 6 min, the food came to our table cold, the drinks we ordered were watery, and the server was confused about how to address the issues we were bringing to her. The worst part is we were the only customers in the whole bar. Servers were walking around in a circle, laughing, and not doing anything.

   Not the experience we were expecting. Big disconnect between bar and lobby decor. The Poe gets lost stepping into the bar area.

   Made reservations months ago. Got there and told the reservations weren’t valid because the old manager was gone. They decided to go ahead and honor after some discussion. But there was not enough staff so we only had 1 waitress and she was very overwhelmed (but was a major rockstar). We were kind of shoved back in this room that was blaring 90s jams. It wasn’t what we were going for for our Christmas party. Food was not good.

   Bar food menu due to home colts game. Didn't stay. No clear dining area, no host/hostess, bar tender finally greeted us but was strung out on something.

    Booked reservation on OpenTable. Got there and was told that they didn’t take reservations on Colts game days and the system shouldn’t have let me book it.
