   We had a fabulous lunch. We are there every summer. I recommend it to everyone that asks about it. Wouldn’t have Afternoon Tea anywhere else.

   It was a perfect mother-daughter date. Bright and airy yet elegant atmosphere. We were running early and they were able to accommodate us with a table. Ordered the Traditional High Tea and all the items, both savoury, sweet and the teas were divine. Arrived there hungry, and the quantities were perfect. Pleasantly surprised to learn that we could try an unlimited number of teas for the price so we each tried a couple, which added to the fun. Friendly and pleasant servers and staff. Definitely going back for another special occasion.

   Very enjoyable experience. The food was delightful and I very much appreciated the options for alternative diets respecting both food preferences and allergies. A friend doesn’t like green onions and was given the option to swap one sandwich for an additional of one of the other options when ordering. We were encouraged to try many teas (bottomless) so between the four of us we tasted 12 teas but primarily drank 3 teas each (one per 30 mins). You can take the remainder of your last tea in a to go cup. They bring the tea steeped in 400 ml metal teapots to the table so if you know you prefer a stronger tea, mention it, as there’s no tea bag left in when the tea gets to the table. Multiple milk options available. No sweetener/splenda option when we were there. Like the tea, you can get a to go box for the food. Unfortunately, due to the 90 minute sittings, I felt rushed at the end and didn’t finish so I brought some dessert home. I recommend looking at the menu ahead of time so you can get your nibbles and first tea on the table asap. The service was quick, but still… The tea cups were fun and unique. I swapped the one that had been set for me with a different one that suited me better from the shelf which is out in the open and available. The value of the experience was worth the price. I dressed up, fascinator and all, but my wife and I were the only ones who were THAT in character. Most people were wearing nice summer dresses/slacks and shirt. The interesting decor invites wandering eyes when there’s a lull in conversation. I didn’t use the washroom so can’t speak to that. Definitely recommend.

   While the food was delicious, it took about 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and bring us water. The servers were friendly but need to check on the tables more frequently to see if anything is needed.

   Cute little tea shop serving afternoon tea service, 4 different options of menu for those that are GF or vegan or dairy free. And they are also flexible if you want the traditional menu but need to sub out the egg salad. And you can try different teas in one sitting. So awesome
