    Le service était pas sympathique du tout, les serveurs faisaient la tête, limite désagréables. Ils ont complètement oublié ma commande, la table qui est arrivée bien après moi l'a reçu avant, et quand j'ai dit au serveur qu'on m'avait oublié il était presque agressif. On a amené mon plat... ou plutôt un autre plat qui n'avait rien à voir (j'ai demandé l'assiette Jérusalem, on m'apporte la salade de poulpe). Aucune gentillesse ou geste, je mange 20 min après la table qui est arrivée après et voilà. Du coup ça fait cher pour une expérience mauvaise...

    Charming staff, innovative menu and delicious food - a very pleasant evening. We had the mezze trio, the chicken salad and the chicken shawarma, and cheese cake (to share). We also enjoyed the Lebanese wine, which was a first.

    Habitué du NENI je l’ai connu lors de l’ouverture et fréquenté pendant plus d’un an. Nous avons commencé au Sape bar où mon ami a commandé une coupe de champagne Taittinger brut. Le serveur lui a servi une coupe d’Irroy. Je sais que la marque Irroy provient de la maison Taittinger mais vendre un produit autre que celui annoncé s’appelle de la tromperie. Ce champagne qui était servi à volonté au petit-déjeuner n’est pas mauvais mais ce n’est pas ce que nous avions commandé. Nous sommes ensuite passé à table au restaurant NENI et ce fut une expérience catastrophique. Serveur pas informé sur les rupture en terme de boissons. Nous avons pris 3 menus Balagan mais ne savons pas ce que nous avons mangé car le serveur n’a pas pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qui était dans les assiettes de partage. Bien dommage pour un menu dégustation. Enfin les deux personnes qui m’accompagnaient ont commandé un cognac chacun en fin de repas. Un seul cognac a été servi… avec un glaçon à l’intérieur. Nous avons signalé au serveur qu’un cognac n’est jamais servi avec un glaçon et lui avons également fait remarqué que nous en avions commandé deux. Ce à quoi le serveur nous répond qu’il n’a pas assez de cognac et « qu’un cognac ça sert toujours comme ça » en levant les yeux au ciel. Son attitude peu professionnelle ne reflète pas du tout l’ambiance que j’ai eu le plaisir de connaître au NENI. Ne parlons pas du manager présent ce soir là qui a passé sa soirée sur son téléphone près de la caisse sans jamais pointer le bout de son nez en salle. Une expérience bien triste pour NENI et l’histoire familiale qu’il y a derrière ainsi que pour le groupe 25 Hours et toute son équipe. Tant qu’il n’y aura pas de changement en ce qui concerne le service et l’attitude des serveurs je n’y mettrai plus les pieds et le recommanderai encore moins à mon entourage.

    Encore mieux que ce qu'on avait prévu. On avait une table ronde bien grande et pas du tout serrée contre les autres (donc l'impression de pouvoir bien parler ensemble sans entendre les conversations d'à côté ni de penser qu'on dérange. Le serveur était plus que compétent et sympa, il était exceptionnel !!! vraiment cool et aimant ce qu'il fait La nourriture est vraiment chouette, c'est compatible végétariens ou vegans (ouf...) et c'est délicieux notamment les houmous variés qu'on a adoré

    The food was very good, the service friendly but we had the impression that we should leave fast after dining. The restaurant was not fully booked but they started already preparing for the (Hotel) breakfast. Maybe letter for lunch but not for relaxing dinner time.

    Absolutely amazing food and restaurant. Very attentive staff, especially the lovely woman who served us. Went out of their way to change table time twice when our train was late. Hate taking a mark off, should be 0.5, as our aperitif was served at the same time as food. Would have liked some time to enjoy it. However we were very hungry. Excellent.

    service long nous avons au moins attendu plus de 10 mn pour obtenir l'eau demandée.Nouveau serveur le pauvre a renversé 2 fois le café gourmand à notre table.On nous l'a offert finalement Je trouve que le rapport service /cuisine n'est pas équilibré.C e n'est pas la première fois que je viens .Je suis venue mi août et la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli était top.La nourriture est toujours excellent mais le service n'est pas forcement en rapport

    Great food, great decoration, very nice service, however not so well installed on high chairs (because of the step on the floor) and price too high (59€ per person for Balagan menu is much to high !!). Very complex location at gare du Nord as well.
