   nous avions réservé pour un brunch "kids friendly" avec un espace de jeux et des formules bien visionnées sur votre site. Une fois arrivés sur place on nous annonce que le brunch n'existe plus et qu'il n'y a pas d'espace enfants. on nous dit que nous pouvons partir si la carte ne nous convient pas. Nous venions de loin pour ce brunch avec des enfants en bas âge. A 12H30 un dimanche se retrouver sans réservation pour un brunch ça signifie faire la queue en extérieur... c'est de la publicité mensongère pour l'annonce "kids friendly" il n'y a même pas de formule enfant.

   Service pas bon - le repas pas mal Le Neni lui-même est un très beau restaurant. Malheureusement, le service était plutôt en dessous de la moyenne et communiquait peu avec nous. Nous avons été placés à une table qui se trouve exactement entre les deux entrées et sorties. De plus, la table voisine était très proche de la nôtre et c'est précisément entre ces deux tables que tous les clients et les serveurs passaient. De ce fait, nos chaises étaient souvent bousculées. C'est très agaçant. Le service de l'eau et du vin était un peu maladroit et les entrées ont mis du temps à arriver. Les trois entrées étaient très délicieuses mais plutôt en petites portions. Avant que les plats principaux n'arrivent, nos assiettes sales de l'entrée n'ont pas été débarrassées. Une serveuse a fait tomber deux fois des couverts à notre table et n'a pas nettoyé notre chaise par la suite. Les plats principaux avaient bon goût mais n'étaient pas extraordinaires et les portions étaient à nouveau petites. Les serveurs étaient malheureusement très silencieux et nous ont à peine parlé ou demandé comment nous avions apprécié le repas, etc. Ils n'ont donc malheureusement pas créé l'atmosphère de bien-être que l'ambiance promettait. Dans l'ensemble, une visite plutôt en dessous de la moyenne. Trop cher pour cela.

    Wir hatten für den 19.04.2022 (18:30 Uhr) einen Tisch reserviert und trafen um ca. 18:00 Uhr ein. Wir waren erstaunt, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde uns ein Tisch zugewiesen. Die Bestellung (Getränke/Vorspeisen/Hauptspeisen) wurde zügig, aber mehr als gelangweilt von einer männlichen Servicekraft aufgenommen. Man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen, sondern wurde als Gast eher so hingenommen. Die Getränke und zwei der drei bestellten Vorspeisen erhielten wir zügig. Das Brot war jedoch älter, da es schon hart war. Nachdem wir den Großteil der zwei Vorspeisen gegessen hatten, erfragten wir ,ob die dritte Vorspeise noch einträfe und bestellten Brot nach. Die dritte Vorspeise erhielten wir dann im Nachgang. Das nachträglich bestellte Brot war nun auch weich und warm. So wie wir es kennen. Das zeigte nun jedoch eindeutig, dass uns anfänglich altes/älteres Brot serviert wurde. Die Hauptspeisen waren in Ordnung. Jedoch fehlte uns der spezielle „Neni Geschmack“. An richtig eingesetzten Gewürzen/Kräutern/etc. fehlte es vermutlich. Die Enttäuschung wurde immer größer und wir erhofften uns vom Dessert einen versöhnlichen Ausklang. Wir bestellten den von uns geliebten Neni Cheesecake, Le Tiramisu d’Ilan und Sesam sowie 2 Cappuccino. Wir wurden von der nun weiblichen Servicekraft gefragt, ob der Cappuccino zum Dessert serviert werden soll. Dies bejahten wir. Das Dessert traf ein und es war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Der Cheesecake war geschmacklich unteres Niveau und vermutlich älter und matschig. Ich möchte hier nicht übertreiben, aber eine frisch zubereitete Fertigbackmischung hätte besser geschmeckt. Das Tiramisu war eine süße Creme ohne weiteren Geschmack. Der beworbenen Geschmack von Vanille und Madeira war nicht feststellbar. Sesam war undefinierbar. Die bestellten Cappuccinos erhielten wir nicht. Wurden aber in der späteren Rechnung aufgeführt. Bei der Beschwerde wurde nur der Kopf geschüttelt. Ein charmantes sorry blieb aus. WC 🤢

    Leider konnte Paris nicht mit unseren durchweg positiven Erlebnissen in Wien nicht mithalten. Die weibliche Servicekraft bräuchte eine bessere Einstellung zur Arbeit so wie eine Schulung. Die Tische und Stühle sind zwar sehr stylisch und alles „französisch“, aber speziell die niedrigen Sitze im linken Bereich waren höchst unbequem. Allerdings konnten wir den Tisch wechseln. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Küche, die einen super Job gemacht hat. Probiert es auch jeden Fall aber selber aus. Die Gerichte ansich rechtfertigen auf jeden Fall einen Besuch.

    With 24 hours in Paris on a business trip lay over, my colleague and I took a chance and tried NENI. So glad we did. The mezze plates were all first rate. The curry de tofu seemed like an odd choice on an Israeli menu but was full of the fresh vegetables and herbs and the spice was perfectly Mediterranean. The highlight was our waiter Kevin. His authentic and effusive opinions on our choices always steered us in the right direction. And his delight when we ordered the knafeh for dessert was so infectious it made it taste even better.     Accueil médiocre, personne ne vous explique comment cela fonctionne. Aucune étiquette sur le buffet qui permet de savoir ce qu'on a devant les yeux. Obligé de demander deux fois de se faire servir un jus de fruit. Aucun serveur ne passe voir les tables pour prévenir que le buffet va fermer. Choix de nourriture bien mais pas assez pour le prix.     Very good. We had booked not knowing that there is only brunch on Sundays and upon checking the booking site we noticed that the information is really not highlighted at all. This is the only downside because the rest was really good. However, as we came with the idea of ​​an "à la carte" lunch, we were a little disappointed.     The food was delicious. I was throughly impressed by everything. My husband and i ordered a few appies and loved it all. The falafel was honestly the best we have had. And the sauce it came with was so good too! Service was a bit slow and we waited almost an hour for our bill at the end but we weren’t in a hurry so it’s okay. Another thing I’d note is that when we arrived, they brought us two glasses of Prosecco. I assumed this was cuz it was our anniversary which was really nice! We were only in Paris for a couple days but we wanted to come back before we left because the food was so good!! 10/10 recommend

    Zu einem Besuch in Paris gehört für mich das Neni dazu. Trotz schwieriger Buchungssituation waren wir fast die einzigen die dort waren - das erscheint etwas merkwürdig. Essen war wie immer sehr gut. Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll und zurückhaltend. Insgesamt haben wir das Gefühl, man ist in einem Pariser Restaurant.

    Es war sehr nett und sehr lecker. Ich habe aber ein bisschen zum Beispiel das Hackfleisch vermisst. Was ich so unglaublich lecker finde mit Homos zusammen. Was tatsächlich einer der Gründe war, weshalb ich das Restaurant vorgeschlagen hatte.

    The food was great and well complimented by very comfortable and arty environment. We have requested to change the table and it was accommodated with a smile. Overall service was really exceptional as our server Mauricio looked after us with a lot of care, efficiency and good mood. Definitely recommend to try, and to book in advance as it got quite busy later in the evening.
