Been coming here for years and usually have a great time. It’s our go to after Friday night games. This time we had absolute abysmal service! From start to finish. Manager cold unwelcoming and seemed annoyed at our request for a larger table that we might have 3 more people joining us. At one point had to get up and find someone to come clear our table full of plates and find our server. No one wants to come to a restaurant and pay to be treated like crap and then on top of it have to work to get people to come clear your table and to refill waters, and being more drinks?

The venue is convenient especially with complimentary valet parking and a quiet spot for conversations. The service was slow but common these days. We ordered the chicken enchiladas the Wednesday special and per recommendation of our waiter. Unfortunately the dish was served room temperature and very dry. We’d waited so long for the meal we didn’t send it back. Usually Neighborhood Services does not dissappoint.

Been a while since I’ve been to NS but will be back again soon. Excellent Reuben sandwich, omelette and wonderful meatballs. Excellent service as well.

Quite a nice lunch, they easily accommodated us, a party of 6. We had an area that was semi-private and able to converse and hear each other. The soup of the day, creamy poblano, was very tasty and great flavor, as were the meatballs appetizer. The complimentary ravioli appetizer was a surprise and delicious. A variety of salads were all tasty, fresh and crisp per my table mates and my wagyu reuben was very nice, a great success. The service provided by Maria was excellent. I look fwd to our next group luncheon there!

We had a great dinner at Neighborhood Services last night. Our party of 5 has some dietary restrictions and our server, David helped us navigate the menu. He had great suggestions. The food was excellent and so was the service. I highly recommend the Bramble Fizz cocktail and the Redfish special.

Three in our party had the redfish/special and it was great, loved the risotto with peas. One person had CFS and enjoyed it, other person had pot pie and said it was meh. Our server Nathan was excellent. Drinks were generous and the atmosphere was lovely. Also, located within the Omni, this place is quieter than their Addison location and the Cowboys theme and surrounding make this a fun place to visit.
