Café Napoli is a family owned restaurant, established in 1989 by Tony and Kathy Pietoso. Quickly becoming a success, they moved the small basement restaurant to a larger location at the corner of Forsyth and Bemiston in the heart of Clayton. In 2003, sons Ande and Kye expanded their family restaurant by adding Bar Napoli, a swank cocktail lounge. A few years later, Napoli Reserve was added onto Bar Napoli allowing for private event space and an additional bar and lounge for the weekends. After years of a flourishing business, Kathy and Tony decided to take their ventures West to Town and Country where they opened their second location, Napoli2, managed by Ande. Kye has taken the reigns from his father and is now the front man for the 8,000 square foot establishment in Clayton. Café Napoli and Bar Napoli have recently undergone a face lift inside and out. Inside the kitchen, Executive Chef from Napoli2 Jon Berger was recently added to the team, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the regional Italian specialties.

We sat outside so the street noise was probably a little more intense than inside. But not bothersome at all. Liked the energy. The food was delicious. Staff was attentive and helpful. Overall a great experience

We’ve been Napoli fans for many years but this was our first visit to St Charles location. Our waitress was terrific… friendly and there when needed and made sure to fill our requests. Food was generally good but the liver has always been a past favorite… not great last night tho…not tender and sauce too sweet. Pastas we’re tasty as were the Caesar salads but the wines were short pours. We’ll probably go back to Clayton next time.

Overall the meals were good except for my wife’s soup, which was her entree. The soup was very spicy. I tasted it as well, and I agreed and I like spicy foods. When asked if we wanted it boxed to go, I said no it was to spicy. Without any further discussion, I saw the server removed the charge for the soup. That wasn’t necessary.

This was our first visit and we were more than impressed! The ambiance was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was above and beyond (Dawson was phenomenal - so kind and had the best recommendations!). We will definitely be back!

Napoli 3 will not disappoint. For finer dining at the time you need it, they have always provided superior meals and excellent service. Of the more than a dozen time we have visited, Ben, our server is the best and he is consistent. Always prepared to engage at the level you prefer and does a great job with the details of service. I'm a fan of the Lamb Chops (incredibly decadent) but the Chef Specials have been winning out lately. Recently the Confit Duck pasta was OUTSTANDING, superbly rich and enough to feed three. Not to mention the Lobster Caprese to start. An incredibly refreshing alternative to a traditional Caprese Salad, the heirloom tomato with Burata and the Lobster spread was delectable. It is busier restaurant based on the location in a retail complex, but they make great effort to provide as much of a private experience as possible. My great wish, for the 2-seater tables, just increase the size by a tad. It does feel a bit small when you are trying to get settled and there's barely room for your meal plates, drinks and service ware. Outside of that, the experience is always wonderful (especially when Ben is your server)!

We were completely pleased with every aspect of our dining experience! Fisrt time at Napoli 3- no disappointments. We will most definitely return in the near future and tell others that we had an excellent time - food/drinks were delicious- service was top notch! Atmosphere was perfect!

I’ve been to Napoli 2 several times and the service/food has always been outstanding. The waiter seemed like he was extremely busy and not super attentive. Asked for no potato and hot them. Not going to make a stink. Just a bit disappointing.

Although seemingly always busy, a high-energy environment, and sometimes a bit loud, the staff is commendably hospitable and pleasantly accommodating, and the food is very reliably good. It’s become one of our regular spots. (Parking is an incessant problem within the overall Streets of St. Charles development, but Napoli 3 helps manage this issue by offering valet parking during peak times.)

Napoli 3 never misses a beat. Every visit has been a great experience. The specials are always fantastic and they have the best bolognese in the St. Louis area! Our waiter was Ben whom we usually request. He is extremely professional and always greets us promptly and with a smile. He’s engaging, knows the menu and has great wine knowledge. This is a pricey restaurant but you get what you pay for, outstanding service & a fantastic product. I highly recommend Napoli 3 or any of their locations.

Had an anniversary dinner and it couldn’t have been better. JP was an excellent waiter serving us complimentary drinks and dessert for the occasion. Food and drinks were awesome. Bar staff were awesome. Again, great food, timing of service, and staff led to a memorable evening for me and my wife.

Our server was attentive and did a wonderful job suggesting how to make the most of our visit. The food was well prepared, but perhaps salted a little heavier than might be preferred. When it became apparent that my date was new to a higher end experience such as the one provided, our server took subtle but appreciated steps to engage and include her so she felt more at ease. That alone makes this visit a 5 star experience.

Napoli 3, is hands down the best fine dining experience in St. Charles Co. Great atmosphere and the food was perfection. I had the Sea bass with asparagus risotto. It was a generous portion and was cook perfectly. My wife had the Shrimp and Lobster Scampi , and she loved it! The shrimp were huge and were lightly charred with tons of flavor. The lobster was out of the shell , also char grilled with a lemon butter caper sauce. I would highly recommend!!

The service and attention to detail by the hospitality staff were exemplary. Our server, Jen, made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We enjoyed the food and bottle of wine. My husband especially enjoyed the 16-oz strip steak special. My chicken piccata was good but a little salty for my taste. I enjoyed the decor of Napoli 3. It felt clean, well-appointed, and nicely understated. The lighting, climate, and space were all perfect. I was slightly uncomfortable in the large booth we were seated at; the seats were a bit low. We will be back to Napoli 3 in the future!

Been a handful of times. One of the best, if not the best Italian food in the St Louis area. Always a great meal. Only complaint is it’s a tad overpriced but that is to be expected in that area of St Charles. But again, minimal complaint. Well be back. Side note. We celebrated our anniversary and they brought us complimentary champagne. It was nice
