Café Napoli is a family owned restaurant, established in 1989 by Tony and Kathy Pietoso. Quickly becoming a success, they moved the small basement restaurant to a larger location at the corner of Forsyth and Bemiston in the heart of Clayton. In 2003, sons Ande and Kye expanded their family restaurant by adding Bar Napoli, a swank cocktail lounge. A few years later, Napoli Reserve was added onto Bar Napoli allowing for private event space and an additional bar and lounge for the weekends. After years of a flourishing business, Kathy and Tony decided to take their ventures West to Town and Country where they opened their second location, Napoli2, managed by Ande. Kye has taken the reigns from his father and is now the front man for the 8,000 square foot establishment in Clayton. Café Napoli and Bar Napoli have recently undergone a face lift inside and out. Inside the kitchen, Executive Chef from Napoli2 Jon Berger was recently added to the team, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the regional Italian specialties.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 8:45 reservation and still wasn't seated until 9pm so that kind blew my mood for the night. Also the waitress gave me food that I did not order but I did not feel like waiting another 30 minutes so I just ate what was given. I ordered Salmon but she brought me lamb chops instead my entire party already had their food so I didn't want to wait anymore. I was still charged the price of the meal I didn't choose which was kind of sucked. I do like the restaurant it wasn't my first but this visit was definitely from the other visits.

As in the other Napoli restaurants the food was excellent and staff very good. Our first time at Napoli 3 we've been many times to Napoli 2 and Napoli and Kirkwood and for many years at Napoli in Clayton. I particularly like the arancini and the pastas. Excellent salads and desserts and the staff at everyone of the locations is very attentive and never intrusive . The children give us gift certificates to come because we like it so much

We have been to Napoli 3 many times. My family chose this location for a surprise birthday party for me 2 years ago, and we have eaten there numerous times before and since. The food has always been outstanding, whether they were serving our group of 40 for the birthday party, or when just my husband and I have eaten there. We particularly love the Veal Chop Vino Rosso and the Pork Chop Modenese. I highly recommend Napoli 3 to anyone seeking a wonderful dining experience!

Another stellar experience and great meal with family from out of town. Brandon was an outstanding server, and Trey's Martinis are the Best. Thanks again for another perfect night out.

We haven't been back to Napoli 3 in several years. After the wonderful mean (and excellent service), we will be dining there more often.

Napoli 3 is a staple for my boyfriend and I, we go every year for our anniversary and we are never disappointed. The food is great, drinks are great, and the staff and atmosphere are always nice as well!

Had a 12:30pm lunch reservation on Saturday July 5, 2025. Based on the amount of people there the reservation at lunchtime was not necessary. Promptly seated. Our server was Lisset, who was attentive, but not over doing service. I had the Ricotta Gnocchi, my wife had Shrimp and clam linguine. Both dishes were excellent. The whole meal took about an hour which was ample time to enjoy it. I had mentioned in the reservations that it was our anniversary. We were surprised with a free cheesecake desert. It was delicious as well. We don't do fairly expensive places for meals. This was a special occasion. This was money well spent, and we would definitely do it again.

The food was fantastic, as always! The real treat of the evening was our server, Jordan. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. She even went to the sister restaurant to get the sorbet that I wanted. She was simply amazing! Everyone should ask for her when you make a reservation, unless it is a night that I will be there. 😀
