Typically this is a restaurant that we enjoy, however we went for brunch on 12/20/2020 and from this experience, we will not be returning. The food was good, however not as good as we have become accustomed to it being at this restaurant. Our server, Tiffany, refused to write down our breakfast order, came back asked for clarification and still got our order wrong. Our waitress then dropped off our bill in the middle of our first plate, while we were all actively eating. She told us that we could pay the bill "whenever." Three minutes late, the waitress returned and asked if we had paid the bill yet, which we had not, because we were still actively eating. We then paid the bill after being pressured a few times, and magically we never saw our server again and never had our drinks refilled. I got up to go to the restroom, while my boyfriend was at the table eating, they removed my silverware. I was not finished eating, nor did they ask my boyfriend if I was finished they just removed the silverware. I guess informing us again that our time at this restaurant was to be over, regardless of whether we were ready or not. We felt rushed the entire time; to eat, pay the bill, we could not eat anymore because our silverware was taken away and we had nothing to drink. This was just poor service all around. My boyfriend, nor I, were able to eat to where we were full due to the poor service and lack of care from this restaurant.
To make matters worse, as I came back from the restroom, I heard the servers making fun of customers in the kitchen. It also appeared that one of the customers that they were making fun of was my boyfriend. This is extremely unprofessional behavior from a staff, especially when your customers can hear you actively talk poorly about them.
Great experience
The food was not as good as it usually is. Our calamari looked as though the cook dumped it straight from the fryer-greasy. We usually love the calamari there. The bread on our sandwiches felt stale We ate what we could. Our dessert was delicious. It was. Disappointment and we usually love it.
Servers for brunch gave very small portions of food. When we asked for an additional spoon of food, we were told to come "you can always come back for a second plate". The portions on my 6'4" husband's plate was smaller than my 8 yr. old's plate. For the cost of the brunch, you should not have to return 3-4 times to get a regular portioned meal. WE WILL NOT be going back! The food was not very good either, which made the experience even worse.
Food was great, restaurant was extremely clean, all COVID rules and regulations were followed. Service was PERFECT and we could not have asked for better from the buffet, staff was extremely nice!!! I would highly recommend!
The Pad Thai was excellent! And the live music on the patio was a nice touch!!
We had a great time, and service was impeccable. Food was tasty, disappointed that they were out of guacamole for appetizer. Goat cheese was offered as another option which was $$ in price but it was perfect in taste. Caesar salad was served in regular bowl with a Parmesan wafer instead of the Parmesan bowl that it used to be served in.

My party sat outside - Napa has a really nice outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade and heaters for cooler temps. Very pleasant space!
Always great! I had the hot brown and it was delicious. I was entertaining an out-of-town business customer, and he was very pleased as well. The service is always fantastic.
Nice selection on buffet. Felt very comfortable with how you social distanced. Need a better selection in deserts. Little cheese cakes, brownies, cake...a variety.
My husband and I really enjoyed our date night at Napa Grill. Ever since COVID and the restaurants opened back up, we have been picking a different place to eat every Saturday night. This has been one of our favorites! The food, service and ambience were very good!
Staff was a tad off their game...took three tries to get cocktails right, several awkward service moments. Food was good.

We went early, dined outside, and the weather was delightful. Our server was gracious and attentive but not overly so. My wife had a hot brown and I enjoyed the shrimp and grits.

Our first time at Napa. It was good but not outstanding. The menu is very limited but maybe thats because of the reduced seatings due to the virus. My husband ordered one drink from the bar. He said there was very little liquor in it. We had the calamari for an appetizer. It was your run of the mill fried calamari. The best part was the lemon aioli that came with it. Also had the caesar salad. Again, your run of the mill caesar salad. It came with a parmesan crisp. We were disappointed that they no longer served the caesar in a parmesan bowl as it was the main reason we wanted to try Napa. We had the Black Pepper Fettucini and the Pork Shank. The pasta dish had very little pasta and the pork shank was very fatty with a too spicy bbq sauce on it. I would suggest replacing the pork shank with pork tenderloin. For dessert we had the lemon tart. Again, it was good but not outstanding. Our waiter was pleasant enough. Before ordering our dinner, we asked him about the filet mignon since the menu does not tell you what size portion and if its choice or prime. He acted like he didn't know what to say and started to tell us what a filet mignon was which was kind of insulting. Duh! We know what a filet mignon is. We wanted to know size and grade! Also we've never seen a filet listed as "market price". A 6 oz filet was $40. Pass! Overall, it was a pleasant dinner but we probably wouldn't put Napa River Grill on our list of go-to places to eat. I will say I would recommend only because there isn't an option of "maybe".
Birthday was great; good noise level
Always a great experience. There was a slight issue with our food but they caught it before it came out. Our server and the manager were awesome! One of our favorite places for dinner!

Overall the experience and food quality was quite good. Stakes were prepared as stated, flavors were nice, margaritas were too sweet, but the brownies desert with ice cream was even sweeter. My salmon was slightly over cooked and did not have a lot of flavor, but was clearly fresh.
We had an amazing meal!
