    Updated menu and higher prices. Cobb salad is now much smaller and grilled chicken was overcooked. $3.75 for an iced tea is ridiculous. Excellent service as usual, but disappointed with the overall experience.

    I brought my little sister here for her 10th birthday and we had a great time! The food, drinks, and service were wonderful. Our server, Abbie, was amazing and went above and beyond to make my sister’s day special- giving her some kid’s food options and also making her a cute mocktail. They even brought out a little birthday card and a treat for her!

    First time at NOP. Really enjoyed the experience. Had the meatball app with the chicken and NY Strip entrees. Peach cobbler and the exotic bomba for dessert. All were quite good. Our server Sarah C was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

    I scarcely know where to begin. Napa has always been one of our favorite go-to places for celebrations and we were celebrating a job promotion and a delayed Mother’s Day. Our last visit was 3 ½ hours long and over $700. I noted in OpenTable we wanted to sit on the patio. When the confirmation call came, I again said we wanted to sit on the patio and was reminded it was first come, first serve, which was OK with me. When we arrived and I asked to sit on the patio the host said the only table that would accommodate our party was taken by a reservation. The patio was not full so when I started toward the door to see if there was space the host found a table that had the exact same number of chairs as our party. After 15 minutes our server shows up with menus, water, and bread. 30 minutes later we gave our drink order. So far, we were in for 45 minutes of elapsed time. After another 45 minutes to an hour, we gave our appetizer and meal orders. Somewhere during that time, I went to the bar to order another bottle of wine. The Wagyu beef carpaccio appetizer was OK. The tuna chunks (can’t remember the name of the dish) were disappointing. The steak and seafood entrees came out and were good as they always are, although I will admit after waiting over 2 hours – a ham sandwich would have been good. So, nearing the end of our time there we had clocked almost three hours of a comedically disappointing experience. One member of our party said they had seen our server in the bathroom crying, so I assume that has something to do with our service. And if true, Napa’s Management should be ashamed that they failed miserably in taking care of their employees and patrons. I hoped to salvage this utterly disappointing experience with desserts. The Cheesecake was good. But the Peach Cobbler was an abject failure - it was literally warm peaches and ice cream. There was no breading in the dish that was served as a cobbler. The server removed it from the bill

    Great menu. Small portions whether it was small plates or large plates. Place was slammed. Really loud but I loved it. Others in party of 6 were disturbed as we could not talk across the table. Definitely will go back. Michael did a nice job with a lot of tables.

    The service was extremely slow with a little follow up. Drinks were not refilled after asking. The food was decent, but the starters and dessert or basic. The ambience was nice but overall the service was extremely slow and absolutely not worth the wait for average food, which we couldn’t really enjoy since it took an hour and we were annoyed. We will not be returning.

    Our family attended the fixed menu Mother’s Day dinner only to find out that the item my wife wanted (gnocchi) was not available. The kitchen tried to substitute fettuccine noodle which my wife found unacceptable.

    Went to the Mothers Day fix price dinner. It was a disappointing meal, both service and food. The service issues were relatively minor and can be overlooked, but the food itself cannot be excused. Both entrees came out cold and tasteless.

    Family party of 5 following graduation at Queens. Made reservations in advance and when we arrived restaurant was just opening. Unfortunately no tables to accommodate 5 on the patio so we opted for inside even though it was a beautiful day outside. We ordered drinks at the bar then we were seated. We were seated at the last booth on the backside, closest to the bathroom when all other booths were empty. We were a party of 5 adults clearly dressed that we had come from a special occasion. Could smell the odors/disinfectant from bathrooms and we were in the main traffic aisle to the kitchen. Server was nice, but main entrees took way to long as we watch all other food leave the kitchen in front of us. Had to go get a sweater from the car as the air conditioning was blow down into our booth. I’ve loved this restaurant, but after this experience I don’t think I will ever go back. The food was ok, but I think our seating ruined the whole experience for me.

    Four of us had a late lunch on the patio at Napa. It was a gorgeous Friday. The special quiche of the day was excellent. Service was terrific - we had time to chat and were never rushed. Other restaurants seem loud, but the patio was a perfect place to have a quiet, lengthy conversation with friends. We'll be back!
