Service was perfect.
Absolutely beautiful decor, delicious food and amazing service. It was our first time there. Joe was very helpful when providing recommendations and the food did not disappoint! We will be back!
Service was great!! The waitress was amazing. Food was on point!!
We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. The food was delicious and the service was excellent even though it appeared they only had one server for the room we were in.
Napa Kitchen is always a good go to for any occasion.
The Napa Greens salad was truly great! However, it appears we picked the wrong night to visit.
Loved the salmon! Everything was delicious!
Lovely interior with walls of wine to choose from. Upscale delicious menu with a pizza/burger options for your picky diners. Drinks are unique and flavorful with an equally nice bar to sit at for great happy hour deals.
We tried for Restaurant Week and went back again within the week because it was a great experience the first time.
I highly recommend for any occasion, from brunch with your friends to date night with your special someone.
Had a party of 8 and the service, drinks and food (especially the apps) were all great!
The food was very good and our server was attentive. However, the appetizer ordered was never received.
I loved the outdoor dining area. It was a beautiful night and this provided a great alternative to sitting indoors.
A very busy Friday lunch with outdoor patio and interior full. Wait staff, kitchen & bar all did an outstanding job! Only negative was a screaming infant that interrupted conversation at our table due to the high pitch crying during most of our meal. Parent should have been courteous to other customers and leave with the baby. Napa always meets or exceeds expectations!
For the money, the lunch was just “ok”. Very small portions for what you get…I’m assuming it’s because of inflation? The food also was just average at best and I’ve not experienced that before with Napa. Service was good. Noise level was high due to a toddler not knowing how to act in a restaurant. No fault of the toddler nor Napa.
Lunch was great, wait staff very good. Unfortunately they did not have a record of the reservation I made through Open Table. The staff there indicated that has been a problem. It worked out as they were able to accommodate however it would have been very embarrassing had it not as it was a business lunch.
This was our first time. Restaurant has a nice feel and food was great. Chris was an exceptional waiter and went above and beyond his duties as a waiter after I dropped my phone in a precarious spot. We will definitely be coming back not only for the food but for the service.
The restaurant location, food and service is great. However, it was extremely loud and the two people sitting at the table could not hear each other talking. We asked for another table and one was not available which is very frustrating as we had reservations for several days. We even had trouble hearing the waitress. In addition the salad came out only minutes before the meal which was annoying.
One of our favorite restaurants is Napa Kitchen in Westerville, so we decided to try Napa Kitchen in Dublin during Restaurant Week. It did NOT disappoint. Although the menus and wine lists are slightly different (no veal meatball at Dublin location!), we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and drinks. I started with the baked Brie, followed by the shrimp and risotto, and finished with the key lime pie (from Katzinsky's). Everything was delicious, and my sister said that my portion of shrimp was much more than the Westerville location. My uncle commented that his pork chop was REALLY good, and my sister and her husband both liked their chicken saltimbocca. Our server was Toshe, and he was very friendly and attentive. I walked thru the bar on my way out, and it looks very inviting... maybe next time!
Our first experience. All went well except for the server. She had to get the bartender to help explain what a vodka martini is! Service was extremely slow and disjointed. The food was great and it is a beautiful establishment. We will return.
Went for the Restaurant week menu. Both the tomato bisque and the brie first courses were plentiful and full of great flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the shrimp and grits was creamy and tasted excellent. The service was also amazing.
Food was great. We went during Restaurant Week so value was very good. It was also a Tuesday and was half price wine day. Daniel was our server and was very accommodating and spaced the course out …didn’t feel rushed. He also re- chilled our champagne. The only downside is the noise level..a bit loud.
What a great kick-off to our Restaurant Week summer 2021. The menu here was a compilation of some favorites off their regular menu. Everything was well prepared, the wait staff timed out our food delivery perfectly and the bonus of Katzinger's desserts being available was a bonus. You will not be disappointed at Napa and the plethera of unique wine labels make for an interesting "readable" decor. Bon appetit!
We had a bottle of Sicilian Red which was very good. Salad with grilled salmon, honey/sesame crusted salmon, chicken sandwich and chicken flatbread. All came to the table hot and fresh. Our server Sarah was very patient and did not rush our party.
Very neat place. Relaxed ambience. Will definitely stop by the next time I'm in town.
Went here for our anniversary. Beautiful restaurant with great service. The margarita pizza was the best I’ve ever had but the pasta my husband got was lacking some flavor. The wine was great and our chocolate custard dessert was delicious. A little pricey so I suppose we expect the flavor to match the price, which it did for the most part. Overall, we really enjoyed the evening and will definitely be returning.
Great food, very unique ambience with good loud enough background music, and very attendant waitress. Prices were modest given all of the above. Located in a very unique strip mall with very welcoming interior design.
Anniversary. sat outside.
This place was beautiful Inside! I honestly had no idea. I cannot believe how many restaurants are not open for are not open for Sunday brunch anymore but this but this one is and it was so so good so good! The calamari was obviously very fresh and cooked perfectly you can totally tell. We got several items and shared them so I can tell you that the short rib hash was amazing as well and the bananas Foster French toast was truly truly wonderful, yes as good as it sounds and the Brie and pear flat bread with the white basalmic glaze, I forget its name but it was surely divine . We didn't have any cocktails this time but they had a large assortment available that really sounded great!
Love the atmosphere. Some of the meals were good while some weren't. The caprese chicken sandwich was bad. Waiter was great but we would be sitting for long periods of time before ordering and getting drinks.
Shrimp and citrus risotto is good, but could have used more asparagus. Highly recommend the beef short ribs.
Great experience. Clean. Great food. Great service.
Lovely birthday lunch!
We got the cheese board, shrimp and risotto and the short ribs. It was all delicious! The ambiance is really cool here. Unfortunately, the service was terrible! Hardly saw our server the whole time. All of the other servers seemed very attentive to their tables though.
I had the chicken saltimbocca. It was delicious! The prosciutto was crispy and the Asiago au gratin potatoes were fabulous. I can’t wait to go back and have it again.
The ambiance was great but the food was over cooked and lacked flavor.
Overall - not a great experience on a Saturday night. Nice selection of draft beers, wine and cocktails. The white sangria was mostly ice, so I would pass on this drink. The calamari appetizer (very good) and the hot bread/herb butter was the best part of our meal. Calamari tender, and the peppers were an interesting touch. Both of our entrees came out cold and we sent them back (plate was hot though food was cold). One entree was very lukewarm even after reheating. Shrimp risotto was served hot the 2nd time - the shrimp were overcooked/burnt on the ends and the risotto was gummy though flavor was decent - and be aware the portion size has gotten smaller. The smoked tortellini did not have enough sauce. Asked for extra sauce - which was also forgotten. I also didn't see any smoked roma tomatoes nor herbs on the dish as described. We decided to end with the Katzinger key lime pie, which was nice and tart - very good. The wait staff was great - and tried to make things right - however it's the kitchen that is struggling so we will not be back any time soon.
Too loud! We were seated in a room with two large parties, we were barely able to hear each other in our party of 4.
Peyton was our server...she was awesome! Food was delicious...baked brie appetizer, hubby had steak frites, I had roasted shrimp with risotto. We both had Napa greens salads. Nice atmosphere. Overall, a great experience!
There was some confusion with the reservation / request for favorite servers. The table was good but they did not consider the limp in one of our guests so the step up to the table was a small oversight. Food was good. Service was excellent. GM on duty failed to be pleasant. One manager did check on us and was very pleasant. We avoided the bar seating area; not missed much. Some really good people work there so we will be back but not nearly the twice a week like in the past; GM and one bartender to thank for that. You should certainly give this place a try or two...
I loved this place. Great atmosphere, great wine and a great menu. Very clean and friendly. My favorite in Columbus. Even better you don’t have to fool around with parking. I highly recommend.
Good food, nice atmosphere, attentive staff. We enjoy a meal at NAPA on a fairly regular basis. It'd be nice to be able to request a table or booth in the bar when making a reservation on OpenTable.
Our meal was excellent. We really appreciate the menu options to satisfy everyone in the group. The service was exceptional. I'd recommend Chris if you ever have the opportunity. Very knowledgeable about the menu and cocktail/wine selections.
