   Great food! Good value on Valentines’s. Had a great couple of steaks, 4 sides, & dessert for only $55. Only down side was they ran out of Death by Chocolate Cheesecake when it was time for dessert😢

   Understaffed, undercooked, underwhelmed. Waited 20 minutes just to get the drink I ordered - only because I spoke up to the hostess. when that arrived they finally took our order b Got the wrong salad. Steak was undercooked. Waited again for them to run our card.

   Napa Flats has a varied menu with a reasonable number of options. I had the evening trout special that was a good sized portion with a generous salad and jasmine rice. They also have a good wine list. Our server was efficient and discreet.

   I have been frequenting Napa Flats for a few years, but lately their food and service have been mediocre. This time I tried their breaded pork loin which was extremely flavorless. The glaze they served with it was not very good either and I have just only a quarter of my meal when I stopped and just gave up on it. Service was mediocre as well with no water refill and they messed up my order the first time giving me a fish version of the pork which I don't even remember seeing on the menu. I think they messed up and used breaded fish instead of breaded pork. The kids meals are ok but my son really likes their spaghetti and meatballs. The pizza is pretty good and so are most of their salads. I really like their asparagus and steak salad. But, like I mention lately the service has been just ok and the food quality has gone down. I don't think I'll be going back for a while. I'd rather drive farther to better restaurants in downtown or Domain than to eat there again and be disappointed once again. One thing good, they did refund me for my meal. I don't usually complain but it was bad enough I had to.

   I wish there was a little more variety on the menu and more low carb options too. We come here often and would love to see some new choices. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and were disappointed in the portion size for the price. The food is always good though!

   Great neighborhood restaurant. Food is always clean tasting and enjoyable. Can be a bit noisy but nothing to off putting.

   Napa Flats has a varied menu and daily specials. The parmesan crusted mahi was outstanding and the house red wine was an excellent value.

   Waited 25 min for table even though reservations were for 8 o'clock (seated at 8:25). Usually go without reservations and may wait same amount of time during busy times.

   Apparently they do NOT take reservations and repeatedly mentioned that they shouldn’t be on Open Table. I highly suggest you remove them from Open Table. Even though we had a 7:30 reservation, we weren’t seated until 8 and only because I demanded to be seated. And we were given a 4-top which was too small for our party. After we were seated, we asked to see a manager. She confirmed again that they do not take reservations. She did apologize and buy our first round of drinks though.

    The acoustics were very bad. Also the lighting was too bright. It lacked atmosphere .
