Very enjoyable. Great food and service
I chose this restaurant for gluten free and vegetarian options along with outside dining. I had the crispy shrimp (GF), my companion had the sizzling salmon (not GF) and we shared an asparagus stir-fry. The shrimp and stir-fry were good but not particularly flavorful. The shrimp had some heat in the breading but no other discernable seasonings.
I truly appreciate finding gluten free options and hope that their chef will add more seasoning in the future.
Two of us ordered the sizzling seafood the sauce was very salty and the scallops had no taste. One ordered the lettuce wrap. The lettuce was iceberg not butter and served in one chunk which was hard to separate. The chicken tasted like it was boiled and there was no water chestnuts. The last meal was the best of the night the General Chow’s chicken although the sauce was overly sweet. We will not return.
Voiced a shellfish allergy and ended up getting shellfish delivered to us. Ordered drinks and was given something else and told “the bartender isn’t taking special orders” (no special order, just a drink order). Tried new dim sum and it was dry and not edible. Overall hugely disappointing.
Outdoor patio seating was great!
For anyone looking for vegetarian/vegan/diabetic options, you will be thrilled. These options are usually an afterthought with a few options listed at the end of an otherwise wide menu. At Nancy Chang these options are plentiful and flavorful. Even the regular chicken dishes can be made with mock chicken for a $2 surcharge. The vegan dumplings are delicious. I’ve been ordering delivery from here all year and was completely surprised by the environment when I dined in recently. Restaurant is bar-like, very casual and filled with regulars. Outside seating was along the entrance to the restaurant so delivery drivers and diners were constantly coming and going and two large dogs were greeting everyone. We were expecting a quieter evening out. It was VERY casual. The waitress was super sweet. We did ask for a suggestion of a savory, not sweet dish and ended up with something smothered in sweet sauce- so overall not what we were expecting but once we adjusted our expectations had a nice dinner.

Made reservations two weeks in advance, received an email the day before asking to co fine that we were coming (which I did) then drove 45 minutes to be told there was no indoor dining! To make matters worse the manager acted like he never heard of Open Table
The Moo Shi chicken was very disappointing. It was primarily shredded lettuce. I would have sent it back or asked, “Where’s the chicken?” But was with someone very uncomfortable with doing that - so I endured.
His fried rice and lo mein were good.
Food service were great disappointed to eat with plastic silverware and paper plates. Other outdoor venues we experienced used regular silverware and plates
This is one of my favorite places. We wanted a quiet night with great food and we were not disappointed. Services was fast and delicious, I had tried something new and it was wonderful. It was not crowded and we were seated immediately, the lights were low and music soothing. My husband and I had a wonderful time.
Great food and great service. Prices are a little bit high, but worth it for the quality of the food. Outside is also dog friendly, which was excellent!
Outside dining was awesome, food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back
Very nice service and people. We will be returning soon.
Outdoor seating was a bit untidy for a nice warm day in October . But overall not bad as usual, food’s good, service is great, a Worcester go to for good Chinese/American cuisine.
The pork buns were amazing. Food tasted fresh, like upscale takeout. Patio was comfortable.
Food was awful - served on paper/styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. Crab rangoons and beef terriyaki were cooked prior and reheated - also the online menu has different prices from what we were charged in the restaurant. Never going again.
Dining on the patio felt safe. The food was excellent and the service good.
Food was great, service was excellent will come back.
