   They’re on open Table and require a credit card to reserve a table. We booked a table, However, we arrived to find the place closed with work being done on the premises. I couldn’t book another table elsewhere on Open Table as I was directed to call the resteraunt (I did twice without answer and when physically present, no one was around to help me).

   DO NOT EAT HERE - it seems like they are going out of business, they didn’t have any vegetables and were out of many of the main courses. There were only three tables of diners and no one else in the restaurant. The staff was doing their best and I felt bad for them, but the whole meal from start to finish was a disaster.

   Had a bad smell inside and our food was cold when it was served. The marketing said there was an electric violinist a DJ and $30 bottomless brunch is and none of it was true. We won’t be going back.

   When we arrived the doors were locked and the restaurant closed completely. Tried to call but no one answered the phone. Not sure why we were able to book a table when it was not even open.

    Didn’t seem ready to be a real restaurant. Nice setting but good and service average. When they brought the order out it was wrong and when we pointed it out they said oh we brought to another table and now nothing left. Needs work.

    I visited NAIA last weekend with my sister, as we decided to do a "mini get-away". I was more than pleased with the food -it was actually really good and tasty. I also loved the boho decor -it made you feel calmed and relaxed! It's definately a yes for me!

    I was staying at the Capri so I made a reservation at NAIA and it didn’t disappoint. Love that they had farm to table food and a chill atmosphere. The cocktails are amazing, definitely order them. Loved the avocado toast too. Will go back on my next Hamptons trip.

    We had a wonderful time. The food was exceptional, tasteful and imaginative. We would love to visit the restaurant again. Value for money, the staff was helpful and kind, overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend spanakopita.

    This was an amazing spot for a date night! I enjoyed every bite and can’t wait to come back. The food is so fresh and mouthwatering. The chicken was top shelf and I had the filet mignon medium rare and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant!

    A fun outdoor space. Very pretty. lots of young people having fun but older folks can feel very comfortable too. Some dishes were very good, some not so well executed. food reminded me of Food from the Greek isles. Cooked vegetables were tough so they should get better quality for the prices they charge (the inflated prices all restaurants are charging this summer on the east end.)

    Absolutely terrible. The waitstaff had no idea what was on the menu or what drinks were available. We tried to order simple drinks and they were completely out of alcohol. I guess they had a big party a week ago and hadn’t restocked? It was a Friday night so maybe they could plan ahead? Anyway, we had the calamari appetizer and it was disgusting. We couldn’t finish it. We ended up having one rose each and leaving. Just terrible. Will never go back.

    We had a family dinner yesterday evening there and you can't go wrong with NAIA! Immaculate service, the manager was very proactive and all the dishes we tried kept us satisfied! Ideal restaurant for families and friends, 100% recommended.

    I had to leave this review here because I spent in this restaurant one of the most important evenings of my life. propose to the woman of my life and she said YES!! The stuff cooperated spotlessly because I wanted some help with the way I was about to propose to her! The food and was amazing combined with an exceptional red wine. Best part for me was the desert!     No surprise we could find an Open Table. Won’t go into a long description of why you should skip this one, but here a a few bullet points to support that point. Staff and service didn’t match the 5x mark up on the wine. Entrees came out separately. Pasta dish was cold and the $50 ribeye ordered medium rare was well done when we finally got it. Had the potential to be a cool spot but felt more like I was in a scene from the Ozark’s than the tony Southampton’s

    The restaurant is fantastic!! It was truly a great experience. The restaurant really has a great vibe. There is great music in the background and you really feel like you are in a restaurant on one of the Greek islands or coastal Italy.. The drinks are great and the wine selection is excellent. The service and the food were Exceptional. You can see that the chef takes great pride in the preparation and presentation of all of the dishes. Eating here is truly an experience that is not to be missed!

    As a party of 12 we made reservations through open table for 10:30 and 10:45 (2 tables, 6 each). When we got to the restaurant they told us they weren’t open until 11. They decided to let us in to have drinks while our tables were prepared. We were seated at the bar, where there was a Republican fundraiser in progress. A day after Roe v. Wade was overturned. We, 12 liberal women were expected to hold our tongues as rich white men talked about abortion rights among other things. We waited an hour for our table. The restaurant has the right to be bipartisan and house meetings that they may or may not agree with. What they shouldn’t do is allow open table to schedule their reservations and not contact customers to change seating times. There was a simple fix if the restaurant was being managed well. Rose croissant seemed like it was just a croissant with strawberry jam. Everything else was pretty basic.

    Stayed for a weekend at the hotel and I was lucky to dine at NAIA the first night. I didn't leave the place to eat somewhere else for the rest of my stay. Greek salad is a full meal by itself and they do amazing things with seafood!!

    I didn’t actually end up eating at NAIA, so I can’t accurately judge the food — My friends and I left after about 30 minutes of extremely confusing service. First, Google Maps had the incorrect location listed so we first went to the wrong place. Then we were required to valet our car even though there were almost no other cars in the parking lot and it was a very early reservation. When we walked in the host seemed confused to see people coming in, and he and another staff member scrambled to try to find us a menu. It took about 10 minutes just to get seated. They gave us one printed paper copy of the menu for the whole table and seated us right by the door even though most of the other tables were open. We moved to a different table and my friends tableware was visibility dirty so the waitress had to replace it. We waited another 15 minutes for the waitress to find a us a cocktail menu. She said the menu wasn’t available online so we had to use the one paper copy. As nobody came back to our table for awhile, we ended up leaving and getting dinner some place else. The valet didn’t seem surprised to see us leaving so soon. The ambiance and decor were very cute but it was almost silent - would have benefited from some music playing.
