Szabolcs Nagy, our Chef's ars poetica - "I consider myself a bold traditionalist! I make friends with everything new, but I also think of the flavours of home. Only fresh, locally grown vegetables and meats from small producers fuel my work. I only cook with impeccable ingredients for my family, and therefore for my guests. We know that variety is the spice of life, and I love surprises! Before you even try anything at my place, I offer you a taste of my own bread. Enjoy your meal!

Best meal we had in Budapest. Great service, lovely atmosphere. Food delicious & very well presented. Very well priced for such a lovely meal.

Es ist ein Erlebnis der Extraklasse, hier die Leckereien zu genießen. Der Service war grandios, insbesondere die tollen Weinempfehlungen. Es wurde perfekt auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und sogar etwas gezaubert, das es nicht auf der Karte gab.

Delightful experience. Server was helpful at picking Hungarian wines and the cuisine was a perfect collision of French and Hungarian. Order the Mangalica, you won’t be sorry!

This could have been a disaster as the menu and wine list are completely different from that on OpenTable ( might want to fix that! ) but as it happens...it was fantastic. The food is excellent, really better than most higher end places in Budapest - everything was delicious. We had the scallop, duck, and lamb, and the pumpkin panna cotta? - well, wow. Service was great, can't say a bad thing about our evening, food or staff. The room is a little over bright so doesn't feel very intimate but that's the only thing I could find fault with. Highly recommend, will be back!
