   The atmosphere was extremely loud. Very difficult to have conversations with our group. Service was okay. Didn’t really take away used, dirty plates, but our server was very professional and thorough. Food was average. Table placement wasn’t ideal. We were sorted by the Server station and they were constantly dropping dishes.

   We were celebrating a birthday, and this restaurant was a fun place for our group. We enjoyed the ambiance, the detail to decor, the menu selection was great, and our server was quite attentive, especially given that he had a lot of tables. Everyone enjoyed his/her food, and it was refreshing to have new approaches to traditional Latin American food. The Rainfire Margarita is the best!!! We will be back!

   We have been here before and enjoyed the location, service and variety of menu items. The only negative was the noise level being so high that we couldn’t have a conversation at the table. The most recent dinner was slightly better, they have installed glass walls between the main dining area and the bar; this has helped but it’s still hard to not notice the high noise levels when it’s busy. Just something to keep in mind, should not cause you to avoid the location.

   The chips and three salsas were good. My appetizer chili relleno was crispy and good but barely any chili relleno in it. It must-have been pieces not a whole chili. We were surprised the smoky beans were whipped pureed but they were good! The skillet chicken enchiladas were good, not excellent. The margaritas were good. Overall, a B+

   We were sat upstairs, in the rotunda, which has a nice exclusive vibe and very tasteful lighting. Jake, our server, was attentive, giving us time to chat, and we’re super accommodating to our requests. We started off by sharing the market salad, which isn’t your typical basic restaurant salad, a good amount of crunch and a variety of flavors and texture, which is right up my alley. My friend and I shared the shrimp entrée that had a wonderful chunky red sauce/remoulade, heirloom tomato salad, and fun smashed plantains side. We also got a healthy amount of their mole - chef’s recipe. Perfect! We were lucky to speak to the head chef, Ricardo, because he blew it out of the water with his knowledge, dedication to creating innovative and upscale items. He oversees all locations in Colorado and you can tell that he genuinely wants to create a great culture for his team, that he cares about the Diners’ experiences, and has a huge passion for food. It was super special that he created a custom dessert platter for us, because we couldn’t make up our mind. Good luck this in ordering this - you need to VIP ;) We’ll be back for their hospitality, stellar happy hour with margarita specials, and to try other menu items!    We went not realizing the only option was brunch. We wanted to ask if there was a chance to get the standard menu, but we sat for 5 minutes and were never acknowledged, so we left.
