As is the cornerstone of B Farm hospitality, the food service in Murray's Beer Garden is the heart and soul of experiential dining. From early morning our chefs work in our open kitchen to undertake whole beast cooking. As a result it is the core experience offering that we encourage our guests to take up at B Farm when dining with us in Murray's Beer Garden. Join us at B Farm for The Feast. Highlights of the feast include, three smokehouse proteins cooked over open fire accompanied by farm salads and wood roasted vegetables. Our menu will change weekly. A Seafood Feast is available on request for a two person minimum. Please advise of any dietaries on making your reservation.

A dining experience taken to new levels, our Asado Grill is an engaging experience situated in the heart of Murray's Beer Garden in our open kitchen nestled in the produce gardens of B Farm. In this multi-course experience a minimum of 10 guests is required to enjoy a two hour feast with fresh seasonal produce cooked by our chefs and served directly from the grill. A unique three course menu is served to guests highlighting the freshest produce of the season and the art of Asado Grill Cooking.

The venue was great Service was less than desired Pizzas were served at a reasonable time, whereas waited more than an hour for the burgers to be served

Nice spot, but ridiculously overpriced and understaffed. There are far better places to go in the bay. The staff were great, just nowhere near enough of them. They were flustered and dealing with unhappy customers the whole time. There were only 2 staff members on the only bar. I waited 20 mins to order drinks. Also overpriced and a sneaky surcharge added. After someone's else's meals initially arrived, our pizzas came out in 40 mins (small, burnt and void of toppings). $12 chips were in a tiny cereal bowl. I ended up cancelling the accompanying salads after well over an hour as we had all eaten. There was a busload of tourists arriving on top of the aforementioned mayhem. We took the kids to see the animals (few pigs, chickens, cow and ponies). $15 per child & $10 per adult entry fee! Total farce. Put it towards a visit to Oakvale or Port Stephens Animal Adventures. The man that was performing was a highlight. He entertained the long, snaking line of people waiting to order drinks. Wouldn't bother returning again.

We have enjoyed our visits many times before however we’re terribly disappointed with this visit. We were a table of 10 with a booking, beer was poured flat and waited over 1 hour for food. The food itself was also disappointing, burgers and chips cold and pretty ordinary for the price. Chicken wings were over cooked and dry. It appeared while our table and others were waiting for food, large tourist buses pulled in, inflicting the area, were served and left promptly. Obviously receiving more ‘priority’. The service was also understaffed and while 1 employee appeared to be getting the kitchen under some form of control, it looked that 1 female staff member was left to face the waiting patrons as well as run the food. Sadly she also appeared to be extremely upset when we later left but should be commended, she did all she could do but was severely let down by those controlling staffing as well as the kitchen. To be told we had to wait 10 minutes to even order a coffee finished off the day poorly. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be visiting again.

The ordering system clearly does not work it was an absolute shambles. We still haven’t received a text to say our order was ready for collection After well over an hour or more we collected he food ourselves The man on the counter was overwhelmed with orders and had no idea what was going on. On a public holiday on a long weekend there just wasn’t enough staff:

Menu was interesting with some good choices. Disconnect between kitchen and pizza bar. Food from kitchen delivered to tables however Pizza sat on counter at oven for over 10 minutes until I went to get it. Was not the best. Drink selection solid with some surprisingly drinkable craft beers that didn’t taste like passion fruit. The prices ensure you wont drive over the limit though. Thank god for the guy on the guitar playing the Sunday session. He was outstanding. Great venue that could do with a fresh set of eyes and attitude on it.

Whilst I got my food quickly and it was awesome, the whole rest of my table had to wait two hours for food. It didn't come to us my daughter had to go chase it. Previous to that when we got there waiters and waitresses were wandering around with food looking for who owned them. I feel you may need buzzers and a better system. We were there 4 hours - over the time meant to be but had to be there that long due to waiting. Staff were run off feet and did the best they could under the weather circumstances - but I think buzzers will help make less stress

We all had a great time. Food, drinks and service all excellent. The pricing to enter the feeding enclosure was way over the top though especially when feeding was extra. Also disappointed that there were no beer takeaways available to purchase anymore, excluding growlers. But all in all still a great day and will definitely return.

It is always a fun place to come to. Sun on your cheeks - some good company - nice service - decent food - throw in some well crafted beer. What else can one ask for.
