   Outstanding, authentic flavors of India served in a comfortable elegant setting. This was our first time at the Southlake location. We have been frequenting the location on Montfort near the Galeria for years. What is remarkable is the consistency of experiences between both locations. Best Indian food in all of the Metroplex!

   Extremely slow Sevice 90 minutes before food arrived would not go back many other people were complaining about service.

   The people that work here are kind and genuine! Apologized numerous times for any inconveniences we had. They clearly had some unexpected staffing issues that night (Valentines) and were trying to accommodate everyone the best the could. We were there quite a while but we observed our server was taking care of probably half of the tables there. Normally, I would have been ticked, but because they were so apologetic and nice I could forgive this. Food was EXCELLENT. I’m definitely going back.

   This is going to be one of those stories that everyone says there must be more to - but, believe me, there is not. Five of us (ages 50 to 70) went for dinner on Saturday. We ordered a cocktail, sat for a few minutes and visited, then ordered another cocktail along with 6 entre dishes. We were having a perfectly normal evening until the owner / manager came to the table and said that "her bartender told her that this table was having a lot of alcohol and she hoped the ladies were driving home". What? Seriously? At that point, we had each literally had one drink. One of our party actually had to argue with the waiter to get his second drink. In my 70+ years and a million restaurants, I have NEVER experienced a more offensive, out-of-line, outrageous and sexist comment. Too bad. The food was actually good, but they certainly won't have to worry about who's driving me home again!

   Great dinner in an unusual environment for Southlake. Not too many authentic Indian food restaurants close by. Loved the Mughlai Mixed Grill and the nan

   Very disappointed in our dining experience Saturday. The service was incredibly slow and when one of the owners stopped by we asked if we could order drinks from her and she wouldn’t take our order. She said she had to “watch the front door”. We had a 7pm reservation and even had to wait a bit before being sat and of course then it took a good 15-20 minutes before being greeted by our waitress. When it came time to pay, the bill was incorrect and we told our waitress who then had her manager take over and after explaining to the manager why it was wrong, he too couldn’t get it right. It’s unfortunate as we have dined here before and this time we brought friends to enjoy the experience with us and instead walked away disappointed. Service can make or break a restaurant and the owner had every opportunity to step up to the plate when her waitress was “slammed” and remedy the situation, but instead she let it get worse.

   Waiter forgot to put in three of our dishes. The three dishes were vegetarian dishes for the vegetarians in our group. So the vegetarians did not get to eat anything other than rice and naan. It was embarrassing.

    We were there for a business dinner. The service was embarrassing. It took forever for someone to ask us about our order and then even longer to get our food. At one point we discussed maybe just leaving. Not a good experience. Very disappointed.
