   Waited 10 mins at the table for someone to come and talk to us a d when they did it was has someone helped you oh well I guess I'm helping you then . Table was sticky and your feet stuck to the floors of the bathroom . One person got sick from the food , the lettuce in her salad was bad.

   Hi Elizabeth! Sorry too see you didn't have a great experience with us. Apologies it took a little longer for someone to greet you. The tables are waiting to be refinished as the table tops have been damaged after being sanitized over and over for the last 8 years. We prep all our food daily in the morning and only use fresh ingredients, can you please pass along our email to your guest so they cam reach out so we can gather more information.    Pub atmosphere with fine dining steak house prices. Very disappointed in the steak quality, and that is what we went for. Had the New York, but it was thin and had a lot of gristle. The sides were OK and the panko shrimp appetizer was good, but likely frozen from a package and the sauce served in a small plastic container and was mostly ketchup. My partner had the keto version and was expecting a plate full of veggies but got (literally) 3 slices of carrot and one Brussels sprout sliced into 3 pieces. The accompanying salad was quite good as were the garlic mashed potatoes. Dinner for 2 with happy hour wine for one, was $140!!! Sorry Mr. Mikes, we won’t be back.

   Even though the restaurant was very busy with large groups, Will provided excellent service and the cooks prepared excellent meals for the six of us!

   Large portions on pasta. Attentive to special requests. Quesidilla had large pieces of chicken & not much cheese which made it dry, more cheese was brought when asked.

   They could do with a overall redo They chairs need recovering and carpet needs to get a new one. Do not look good when things are ripped and holes in carpets

   Everything was great except they way over cooked my $50 steak, there was only carrot and only 5 small pieces of carrot for veggies on the plate. Our server was excellent though. I wish I could remember her name because she went way out of her way to make our experience better.

   Kitchen was the worst part of our experience, the chicken tenders were burnt and we were told it's because the oil needs to be changed!!! Isn't this a necessary thing? I think thats a poor excuse

   Hey Jenn, we are sorry to hear about your experience while dinning with us! The server was probably referring to how busy the day and evening was, we are always filtering and rotating our oil multiple times a week. They may have been overcooked a bit, please accept our apologies!

    Burnt veggies with my entree. Mediocre cut of steak. Besides those parts, the meal was decent. They are however charging almost The Keg pricing for White Spot level food.
