Beautiful evening out on the deck. Full moon, delicious food and outstanding service. The complimentary champagne at the end of dinner was perfect. Great experience!
Great venue! Music didn’t match the ambience, but the food was excellent and fair priced. Will be going back again
Gary was amazing! He made our first dinner as a married couple a memorable one. Highly recommend coming here for a special occasion. They treat you like royalty.
Everything was great!!!….the servers were wonderful…the food was fantastic except the cut of the New York strip was really fatty…& it would b great if patrons with children or at least babies are sat somewhere else that the main dining room….other than that, everything was a delight….
A birthdate celebration. We had a professional photographer take photos of us on Penns Landing before we entered Moshulu. We were allowed to take photos on board also. The meal was great but expensive. Also they charged $8 for pre-meal bread that we usually get for free. We wanted to hear the musician but they had no live music on that Sunday.
Our waiter, and the waitstaff in general were super friendly and helpful. All of our drinks and meals were outstanding
Another great meal aboard the beautiful Moshulu. Delicious apps, wonderful entrees and impeccable service. Always a treat!
Service was slow, not sure if this was due to being understaffed. They were out of cinnamon rolls due to a delivery issue and creme brûlée was brought to the table with a large gnat/fruit fly sitting on a strawberry. Waiter apologized and brought a glass of sweet dessert wine to the table to apologize. Otherwise food was good and the atmosphere was charming.
Food was great our experience was wonderful and our waiter Michael was fabulous! Couldn’t of asked for a better evening to spend our anniversary
We had a party of 11 to celebrate a special birthday. Everything was just asi requested. Service & food was excellent as was the sommelier! It was s wonderful evening. Would recommend it for your special occasion
Service was exception
Really good service. Waiter was jovial. Stools were uncomfortable to sit for a meal, but Food was delicious. Drinks…not so great. Brunch menu is awesome.
Still a great place. Need a little more variety on the appetizers. My veggies were cold this time but otherwise great
Tasty food, exquisite interior. Everything’s great, but it was very loud.
The food was great, our waiter (I think named Matt) was terrible!! He tried to upsell us on every drink and every dish and when we kept saying no, he didn’t come back to our table for 2hrs. We even ordered sides of fries that he never bothered to deliver and, we would’ve told him, had he bothered to check in on us. 600+ bill for a table of 6 and the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s a shame. Great ambiance and great food ruined by poor service.
Everything was perfect I have no complaints an my server Michael was the best !
I’ve been wanting to come here for years and finally got the chance, Definitely not worth the money that I spent there. I’ve been to two star restaurants that have better food and prices. Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Also, there was a private event that we weren’t notified about so the top deck was occupied, that was the main reason why we went in the first place. Marcelino our waiter was great but everything else was subpar. Definitely won’t be back.
The food and service were outstanding. It is pricey but worth it. Definitely will be going back.
Amazing unique experience, beautiful atmosphere. Our waitress was incredible, providing a personal list of great places to see in Philly during our visit. Highly recommend.
Food was excellent and service was great! Great atmosphere.
I thought the portion size was very small for the price that was being charged. I thought the overall atmosphere was very nice. Even though the portion size was small the food was delicious.
Anniversary food was terrific! Service excellent!!!
This is one of my favorite restaurant restaurants in the Old City area. I like that they allow dogs when eating outdoors.
Service was excellent. Use of plastic glasses
For wine was helped by staff. Accommodations with food were kindly made for our vegan guests. The quality of the recorded music piped Into the deck area was quite terrible—very distorted and too loud. All else quite good. Serving staff was efficient, professional and friendly—excellent.
The food was unacceptable. The burger was overcooked and to small. It was loaded with other items to try to cover up the sliders. Yes the burgers was to small. Then the lights dimmed which made the remainder of our stay uncomfortable.
They refused to let us dine outside even though they had delightful covered seating. They did not let us know before we paid $20 to park and so we felt trapped. The food was overpriced. No meat in the chef's omelette which supposedly had meat. Thai salad had dry duck and mainly cabbage. Gnocchi was good but a tiny portion. Very disappointing do not recommend.
Very nice. We enjoyed our dinner very much.
We had a 7pm reservation and didn’t get seated until 7:30pm. It was ok, but we couldn’t hear our waiter over the noise level and they did not allow any substitutions. They also had extremely limited non-alcoholic beverage options.
It seemed very disorganized. I made a reservation for two, weeks ago. We were seated approximately 30 minutes past my reserved time. Once seated, the waitress did not attend to us for another 10 minutes. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees all at once because the wait was so long. The waitress told us on 2 separate occasions that our beverages were unavailable, but yet did not bring a menu to order something else. That was an additional extended wait. The food came about 45 minutes after the order was placed. We had to ask when we needed service. The other guests were extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to hear the waitress who was very soft spoken.
Overall it was a good experience. Nothing particularly bad. I just was very unimpressed by the $13 cocktails that came in a crappy plastic cup.
Great food and service. I definitely would recommend for future event
If you want pure ambiance, it’s okay because it’s a beautiful boat with a beautiful view. However the service was terrible, food definitely not worth the price, I understand it’s “fine dining” but overall the whole experience was mediocre for its prices. Oh and wear your mask for the 5 mins or they won’t seat you for some reason.
The ship and views are great! The service was not so great. Seemed like one server had all of the tables on our level and he just couldn’t keep up. Which I understand. Kitchen “lost our entree ticket” so we waited almost an hour between apps and entree. When we finally got the (over priced) entree, it was very disappointing. I have never seen a sea bass dish for $50 and hoped this would be amazing but just fell really short. Hoped to get multiple rounds of drinks with our meal as well as dessert but the service was so slow/poor we just asked for the check. Probably won’t return.
We celebrated our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. The service was excellent, as well, as the atmosphere. The ship is beautiful. The topping of the cake, was how delicious the food was prepared. Hats off to the chef!!
It was great, planning the next visit soon!
We had the Chilean Sea Bass and Filet Mignon entrees. Both were excellent. Our server Michael was incredible! He had many tables to serve and was attentive to everyone!
Food was bad, it's prepackaged and they don't honor any requests if you have food allergies.
Everything was great. The pear drink needs to be replaced ASAP.
Multiple issues starting from seating us, it was almost like despite having a reservation the lady whom we asked for a change of table completely forgot about us. She came back after 15 mins with another couple. Had to ask to speak to manager. Food service wasn't great either, we were given 1 pair of chopsticks, no plates and had to ask if we can get some plates and another pair of chopsticks....Ambience was the only good factor in the whole experience. Will not go here again.
The boat atmosphere is fun and lighthearted. We had a lovely waitress, who was attentive and knowledgeable.
