No complaints about it here! Food and service was amazing. Highly recommend going here!
Loved it! Beautiful view food is amazing, staff if really friendly.
It was a very pleasant experience. Our server was excellent...professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
My dad always says he doesn't care about fancy food, and he couldn't stop talking about how good it was! Our server was fantastic, and even brought us champagne for a birthday toast :)
We hade a wonderful dinner and enjoy it very much Only thing their was no bread served we miss that
We were seated at a table that was on a slant and caused all silverware to continuously keep sliding across the table . The food was absolutely awful. A Caprese salad was ordered the tomatoes and mozzarella clearly was premade and left open in a refrigerator as it tasted like metal and refrigeration smell and taste . A filet mignon was ordered well done it came out bright pink and asparagus were also ordered and came out cold . A lobster bisque a soup was ordered and came out cold as well . The steak was recooked and upon return all my other guests were finished their meals and caused me to eat alone . This is my second bad experience with this restaurant will never return !!
Mother's Day brunch was an amazing experience, can't wait for our next visit..
I really love the service and atmosphere, they’re what makes this place worth it now. I couldn’t cut through my muffin on my eggs Benedict plate, we got lobster that I wasted bc it wasn’t cracked like they said, and drinks completely watered down. Sad this restaurant isn’t what it use to be. But again, amazing service .
Very poor service given by server and management. One star service for five star $$$. Food was mediocre for quanity and quality. Drinks were very light on alcohol and watered down. Visited twice in the last month but will never visit again. On Mothers Day, the server did not greet the table for 30 minutes, she did not welcome us, did not say her name and was just rude and unprofessional. We waited exceptionally longer than other patrons between courses and were ignored most of the visit. When I finally had the chance to inquire about our entrees, the server immediately said she would get the manager. The manager who evenually spoke with us because he had no choice, was equally unprofessional, condescending and did not care as he passed our empty table several times, even rudely bumping into it once as it was wobbly, to make quality checks to the table immediately adjacent to ours. He offered to comp the entrees for the inconvenience but in turn served us a meal with no meat in an Angus Beef Omelet and no Berries on a Mixed Berries Waffle entree. The server was sloppy and had slung water from her hand from a wet glass she was serving me, that just missed my suede jacket, as well as nearly dropping used silverware on me when clearing the table. The whole experience was a disaster as we felt discriminated against and stereotyped. We were charged for the appetizer we consumed after waiting and hour from arriving to receive. As a customer service professional and having previously served in fine dining for ten years, I am appauled at the way my husband and I were treated or should I say were not treated. Moshulu needs to do better from the top to the bottom.
Went for Mother's Day brunch and everything was perfect! Food was delicious, service was great and good atmosphere. My only complaint is that I had tried calling a few times leading up to Mother's Day to pose some inquiries about the setting (since it was expected to rain and I wanted to know if the table was covered or if we could move inside if the weather was bad) and during all of my attempts, no one answered the phone and no voicemail was set up to leave a message with my information. Luckily the rain held out and we had an enjoyable family meal!
Service was slow we ended up being here for 2.5 hours with very long waits in between drinks, apps and meal.
Service was great, portions were kind of small though. Pricy but that comes with the territory.
The view was pretty, the environment was nice, but the service was absolute garbage. When I went it was freezing cold and we sat in the outdoor seating area for an hour before anyone noticed. In fact, we had to alert the manager who was oblivious to the fact that we were sitting there with no food no water and no service for so long. They didn’t charge us for drinks which was nice. The food wasn’t amazing, but we only got appetizers which were very small, maybe the entrees were bigger. I would only come back on a warmer day to take pictures and leave.
Haven't been there in years. Nice to return and celebrate Mother's Day. Good food.
The food and service was very good. The only complaint I would have is that my tiger shrimp was a little undercooked.
It was our 1st time visit for my party of 4! We were there for lunch and ordered a number of appetizers to share since the lunch entrée options seemed limited. The food took a long time to come out and our waiter did apologize a couple of times. Our waiter (David) was okay, once the food came, he came back to our table 3 of 4 times and would say 'I'm not rushing you' which made us feel like he really was rushing us.
Overall, the cocktail drink specials were very good and so was the food and desserts. I would come back to try a dinner entrée. We also liked our booth seating and atmosphere of the place.
This restaurant has has been so special and top notch for so long. Perhaps it’s covid, but everything felt dumbed down.
The service. The menu. The vibe. Very sad.
We will probably never go back.
Great food and service will definitely be back again
My parents and I went here for my graduation dinner and we had one of the best dining experiences we have ever had! The outside area was gorgeous and the food and drinks was outstanding!! Our waiter Gary was also excellent and went above and beyond to make the night special. He offered to take pictures for us, had great food and drink suggestions, brought out blankets for people that were cold (including me) and had "Congratulations!" written on my dessert!
Great food and great service! We went there for after graduation and it was perfect.
Delicious dinner, great atmosphere. Beautiful boat!
Absolutely loved this place! Went for a birthday dinner and we enjoyed every minute of it. The food was a great portion, and came out so quickly. Live music and GREAT service! Our waiter Joe, was great and made sure that we had a champagne toast to celebrate. Absolutely a great night.
We celebrated a college graduation. Gary our server was amazing and treated us to a champagne toast for the occasion, offered to take pictures and really just made us feel special. The food was wonderful, the timing of everything was perfect, not rushed and not slow. Eating outside felt very informal and I wished it was less high tops and felt more luxurious being that this place is so nice.
Service was friendly and professional. Food was delicious. Decor was beautiful. Scenery was unmatched!! We will be back!
Food, service, ambiance was great.
The food was great service excellent.. our server Jackie was great! The view was amazing .. will be back
Moshulu is always a wonderful resturant. The food is always great no matter what you order, and the servers are always attentive.
Great atmosphere, great food, and great drinks. Really neat experience that can not be found many places!
Great view, quality good food. Our server was nice
I had an issue with the outdoor seating since I have a limitation and could not sit on the high-top chair. They were able to relocate us to more standard seating, and I really appreciated it.
We have not been to the Moshulu in many years. We were not disappointed. Food was great and loved the views of the Delaware. Helpful staff, the bartenders in the lounge were social and attentive. Our waiter seemed to be a bit nervous and inexperienced but did a nice job. Food was excellent, high end and pricey but worth it. The only disappointment was the dessert, ordered the lemon tart, it seemed to me to be a children's portion and the pastry was hard and appeared to be stale. Other then that a very present evening.
It was a bit louder than we would of liked but the view was AMAZING... Food was good and our server was very nice and gave us great conversation
The best night out I have had in years. Our sever was outstanding. I will go back again for sure
I booked an outdoor table and when we got to the restaurant they sat us indoors saying “they were extremely busy”. They were unable to accommodate us or show a kind gesture after we found out. This was upsetting because the main reason we wanted to go to this restaurant was for the outside experience. On top of that, our waitress was very nice but all over the place for a nice establishment (ie spilling water, forgetting she took our order). Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
We were initially placed near a rowdy table celebrating a birthday so we asked to be moved. The manager was super apologetic and moved us quickly to a great table. Our waiter was fantastic--I wish I could remember his name. Great lunch!
Delicious and fun. A little overpriced and touristy. Great oysters
My reservation was for deck seating. I was called later to have it changed bc of the weather/wind. I was not offered a complimentary drink or anything for the inconvenience as We were really looking forward to deck seating. (The only reason we chose the Moshulu.) The hosts were great. My friend was late and I was directed to the bar. I had a mule and oyesters. They were fresh and delicious. My server was new. I believe it was Jose. He was prompt and very kind. He attempted to tell me several times over that the bottle of Prosecco he presented was in fact a rose. I had to tell him I was a bartender - then he believed that I knew the Prosecco was not Rose. He brought over the correct bottle a few moments later. A manager approached the table and apologized for the mix up. He delivered our order. It was accurate and hot. The Thai salad was crunchy and delicious, the burratta was creamy and fresh however the calamari was terrible. It was chewy and the breading was soaked in oil. Really my only complaint. I’d definitely come back again. Hopefully- for deck seating.
The food was great as well as the service. Great place for date night.
Great restaurant, beautiful setting
And design. Foot was very good, service was a little slow but everyone
Is that way now. Very nice evening, will be back!
