   I have been to Mosaic for the past 3 years for Mother's Day and I've always had a wonderful experience. I've always enjoyed the ambiance, comfortable seating, and the variety on the menu. This Mother's Day was different. The menu was reduced to just one page and did not offer the variety of vegetarian options to which I was accustomed. While there were a few meatless appetizers, there was only ONE vegetarian entree other than salads. I ordered it. It was just a bowl of noodles with some red pepper sauce. I could have made it at home! It was also bland, so I sent it back. The manager was helpful and offered Gouda Mac & Cheese and broccolini, which was part of an entree with chicken. I went with this (minus the chicken) and it was tasty but the vegetables were cold! My daughter ordered calamari and it had zero flavor. We had to send that back, too. My husband's pork chop was dry but he decided to eat it anyway. I really like Mosaic, but I was very disappointed with this experience. On a positive note, our waitress was excellent and very accommodating, but overall, I will likely not return.

   Everything was okay. It was Mother’s Day so it was busy; therefore, it took about 45 minutes to get our food. Our drinks were wonderful and our food was okay. It was basic, but good. My pancakes were a little burnt but not horrible.

   Extremely cold. It was Mothers Day so overwhelmed but just over one hour from from order to food delivery.

   Anna was an amazing and conscientious server. Throughly enjoyed her. Delicious food.

   Mosaic offers a mixed dining experience. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her meal, which was well-prepared and flavorful. Unfortunately, my hanger steak arrived cold, which was disappointing. We also ordered desserts to go, and they did not hold up well—dry and lacking flavor. While the ambiance and service were pleasant, the inconsistency in food quality left much to be desired.

   The shrimp and grits were cold, the burgers were overcooked and the pancakes weren’t cooked through. The waitress was good, though.

   Three of us had la quick dinner here before an event nearby. Crab sandwich was great, hamburger and fries were a hit and a Strawberry fields salad with Salmon was delicious. Our server was Natalie and she was attentive and took great care of us. It was a Wed evening and most people were sitting outside on this warm day. We haven’t ever been disappointed when dining at Mosaic!

    Good food and service. We were warmly greeted and offered outdoor seating as an option. The food quantities were more than adequate. The entrees were tasty and well prepared. It was a very pleasant evening dining experience.
