   Outstanding food , service and ambience. We went with a set menu pre-theatre deal. It was outstanding value and included a bottle of water and the choice for red or white wine or a soft drink.. if you like high quality fine dining you will love it. The waiting staff were very helpful and made sure we weds all happy.

   Overall the food did not impress, pasta was bland, soup was also bland and too hot. Charged extra for soft drinks even though reservation was prepaid and included those. Service is pretty slow at this restaurant. We stayed for a week at the hotel and frequented the Mosaic, and even when they were not busy the servers did not check up on us regularly/refill waters, etc. we had to waive at them to come by.

   What's the best experience to do in London? An afternoon tea, of course. I went to the Westin London city hotel and I absolutely loved the Christmas in the woods afternoon tea. Special mention to the citrus and dill mayonnaise infused Cornish crab on a mini bun and the scones freshly baked. The hotel was so nice with the Christmas decorations. The tea was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful.

   Greeted my a very harsh lady. Food arrived. Had to send veg back. Not just warm but cold! By the time new veg arrived meat was cold. The sauce was in a small jug but it wasn’t even half filled. Asked for more but arrived too late. Fish and chips were ok. Very expensive for a cold meal.

   My friends and I wanted to have a lovely pre-Christmas catch-up in a quiet environment with good food! We got that at Mosaic. We had the pre-theatre menu which was lovely, beautifully presented and tasty. My vegetarian friend went for the vegetarian option and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The service is excellent too, carried out with professionalism, patience and a lovely smile. We will certainly be back.

   Mixed experience. Comfortable seating, good service, relaxed. But burger a bit dry, ravioli OK but very small portion, caesar salads small and nothing delicious, pizza for small child unavailable (had their frozen shop bought pizzas run out?), battered cod overcooked outside but good fish within. Desserts a bit better (mainly cookie dough cake) tho jellies with the cheesecake tasteless and too rubbery. But we felt welcome and unrushed. Christmassy displays in foyer and bauble making for the 3 year old. Good for a walk across Millenium Bridge after dinner. Food needs to improve.

   Had an amazing time at this restaurant for the Christmas afternoon tea. Highly recommend as quality of food is amazing. Will definitely be returning.
