Celebrated my Mother’s birthday and we had the most amazing dinner!!!! I always enjoy my experience at Morton’s. We have no complaints and that is why we keep coming back.
Beautiful restaurant, awesome service, spectacular food.
Wife and I had the Wagyu with grilled asparagus and loaded baked potato for sides. Cooked to perfection and it tasted the same way. Dessert was their freshly made to order chocolate cake. Loved the atmosphere and service!
Great evening food was amazing. Server was on point. Au Gratin potatoes were so good rich and cheesy. Perfectly cooked lobster tail and steak.

The service was awful. Our waiter was rude when he approached us and did not service us in the same manor that he did with other patrons around us. We suspect that we know the reason why we were treated this way. Needless to say, we will not be dining at Mortons again.
As usual, our Morton’s dinner was outstanding. The service, Rebecca, was once again super! Love this place.

Lobster Mac and cheese was a bit off. More like dry noodles with some large delicious chunks of lobster thrown on it. I’m used to a creamer version.
My first visit was very welcoming, there was an open kitchen (that is always a plus) and there was lots of staff on standby. Although the food wasn't as tasteful as I imagined I had a couple favorites, the Blooming Hibiscus was so summerly refreshing and the Cajun ribeye bursts with flavor. I could have went without the New York cheesecake, it was so thick and the lemon drop was so sour! I would rate this place a 6/10. Needs better food presentation.
The crab cakes were absolutely amazing. They were stuffed with generous amounts of crab and seasoned to perfection. I also had the filet mignon and lobster which was delicious also.

Service was terrible. Tables sitting 20 minutes after us got their food before us. Sit there before a server even came to the table. Food came out cold!!!
Absolutely horrible. It was our anniversary and the waiter didn’t even care about us. Barely came to see us. We asked for pop and a dessert menu and he just kept walking past us with neither. We ordered a drink that was nasty so we sent it back and he asked us if we wanted it off the bill. Uh, ya we didn’t drink it. Manager never came to our table to deduct the drink, so we deducted it ourselves paid and left. Went somewhere else for dessert. Never going back to Morton’s
I have eaten at Morton's Troy location many times and have always had a satisfactory meal and service experience that goes above and beyond. Yesterday, we were celebrating my parents 35th anniversary and had a table for 7. We were seated in the kitchen and all of our steaks were either undercooked or overcooked. The overcooked steaks were more than well-down. When I received a new steak, it was then basically raw. Our server was half wearing his mask (never covering his nose) the first part of the meal and then halfway through took it off completely and never mentioned if he was even vaccinated. We are hoping that he was! Overall, everything was very subpar.
Overall experience was outstanding, which made our celebration memorable!

I love the cajun ribeye the flavor is so delicious. This visit I didn't enjoy this steak it was not distinctive in flavor or taste. I will be watching this if it happens on my next visit. I love the service. For 2 couples drinks, appetizers, steak, and a few shareable sides can be well over $500.
The food was great but the service was exceptional. We sat at a table in the bar area. The woman who was bartending, Faye, also waited on us and she was fantastic in every way.

Wasnt seated properly. Waiter ignored our table all night. Steak came out burnt.
Almost every restaurant is struggling to hire quality staff due to COVID or lockdowns or stimulus or whatever. Still, when you pay the top dollar to go to Morton's, you expect a top experience. We didn't get it.
We waited a long time for drinks. When they came, the order was wrong and we had to wait for new drinks to be made. The meatball appetizer, usually excellent, was lukewarm. One of the steaks was ordered medium well but it seemed medium rare. (The other one was ordered medium rare and was perfect.) Another drink, a mojito, tasted like it was made partly of something once carbonated but flat now. Our waiter, Chris, was great and he gave me a half-glass of Cabernet on the house. We asked for leftovers to be boxed his and hers, but they were boxed all together. Every interaction with waitstaff took a long time to initiate and a long time to complete. Morton's has not yet restored valet parking, so we needed extra time to find a place to park, at another nearby restaurant, and then walk to Morton's.
I think Morton's will return to its formerly great status. But they are not there yet. If you are planning an outing I recommend allowing extra time and deciding in advance if you will return items to the kitchen that do not meet your temperature requests. We'll wait a while before returning.
Tiki and Allison were amazing. We had a wonderful birthday celebration for my mom.
