Great service, food was a great balance and very filling for the price. This was our second time and there pretty consistent with everything. So overall 10/10

Great service. Real down to earth Staff. Will definitely be coming back. Only thing I can say is that I did put that it was my lady’s birthday on the reservation, wasn’t sure if the open table app transferred that information that is who I booked the reservation with. Nothing was mention when we got there and I wasn’t sure if they even did anything special for birthdays anyway. But 10/10 would recommend you definitely try this place if you haven’t been.

Server disappeared for 30 minutes. Got drink order wrong. Food arrived late and cold. Went to bar and got my own drink re-done. Spoke with manager to find server who came back with an attitude after he found her. Hostess and bar staff did well. Server ruined what I hoped would be a nice Saturday night dinner for my girlfriend and me. I’ve been a regular customer for years. Not sure I’ll be back.

The food was fantastic! The service was subpar. Our reservation was at 7:30pm. We didn’t get our food until closer to 8:45-9pm. We didn’t get bread until right before our meal, it was clearly forgotten. I would say the total bill was about 20% overcost, but I don’t mind paying for quality food.

My wife and I have been to several Morton’s the Steakhouse establishments in several states from California to New York. Our experience at the St Louis restaurant was the worst we’ve ever had. In my opinion, the decision to locate the Morton’s inside a casino was a bad one. First there was no valet parking offered which was a big disadvantage to someone not familiar with the area. Secondly, we had to walk through a casino that reeked of cigarette smoke. Thirdly, the background music in the restaurant was too loud to carry on a normal conversation and was not the genre that lent itself to an upscale restaurant. Fourthly, the dress code was not enforced so why have one? And finally, the food was not up to the normal standards of other Morton’s. The shrimp in our cocktail appeared to be old and was very dry. The steaks were likewise dry and tasteless. The only bright spot in the evening was our server, Steven, who was very attentive and personable. We will not be going back to that restaurant again.

I booked this reservation from a Memorial Day dinner for two link on Mortons website days prior to yesterday, 5/30. When we arrived we were told by staff that they are not offering that dinner even though it went until 5/31. I feel like they duped us into spending double the money and were left with no explanation as to why this was not being offered after I booked through their website, I didnt make up a dinner for two myself it was on their website to choose to reserve!!! That was terrible customer service to me and I'm very disappointed...

Our server Arron was great! Awesome place for a date night with your spouse. Very romantic. All around great vibes, food, and first experience. Will definitely be back.
